Today in this video I have prepared a non traditional recipe. But there were stories about cakes and ice cream from the time of our grandmothers.
Here I have shown how to make cakes and ice cream without or with minimal use of modern equipment
එක අතකට එක ගෙඩියකුත් බර වෙන තරමේ රසම රස අල්පොන්සු අඹ එකතු කරලා හදපු ටිකක් අලුත් තාලේ කෑම ගැනයි අද වීඩියෝ එක. සාමාන්‍යයෙන් බැලූ බැල්මට මේවා අලුත් කෑම ජාති වගේ පෙනුනට මේවායේ අතීත කතා නම් එමටයි.
මේ කෑම මේ විදියට ඉස්සර හැදුනා කියනවා නම් නෙවෙයි . නමුත් මේ වර්ගයේ කෑම ජාති නම් අපේ අත්තම්මලාගෙ කාලේ ඉදන්ම තිබුනා. අයිස් ක්‍රීම්, කේක් ගැන කතා පටන් ගත්තෙ නම් ඉතිං යටත් විජිත යුගයන් පහු කරලත් ටිකක් කල් ගත වුනායින් පස්සෙයි. ඉනුත් කේක් ඉතිහාසය නම් දුරයි අයිස්ක්‍රීම් ටිකක් මෑතයි. කොහොම නමුත් ඔක්කෝම අත්තම්මලා කාලෙම පටන් ගත්තු වග නම් සාක්ෂි සහිතයි.
ඔන්න ඉතිං ඔයාල්ත් දන්න අයිස්ක්‍රීම් කතා කේක් කතා ඉස්සර කාලේ ඒවා දන්නවා නම් අපි හැමෝටම දැනගන්න විස්තර සහිතවම සටහනක් තියල යන්න අමතක කරන්න එපා.
අද කාලේ අලුත් උපකරණ එක්ක හැදෙන මේ කෑම ගැමි ගෙදරක තියෙන උපකරණ භාවිත කරල හදාගන්න නම් ලොකු වෙහෙසක් දරන්න වෙයි. ඒත් ඇත්තටම ඒවා කළ නොහැකි දේවල් නම් නෙවෙයි . කොහොම වුනත් ගැමි ගෙදරදි ඔයා අයිස්ක්‍රීම් හදනවා නම් අයිස් පෙට්ටියක දාන් ෆ්‍රීසර් එකකට දන්නම වෙනවා. ඒ වගේමයි කේක් අයිසින් කරද්දි විප් ක්‍රීම් අයිසින් හදන් නැතුව බටර් අයිසින් කලා නම් ලේසියි කියලත් මට හිතුනා.
ඉතිං අද ටිකක් වැඩිපුර මහන්සි වෙලා මම සූදානම් කරපු රසම රස අඹ අතුරුපස බලන්නකෝ...

වරදක් නෑ වගේ නම් සීනි වැඩියි කියලා හරි කියනවා නංගී නේ අපේ හෙල්දි ප්‍රේක්ෂක ජනතාව 😂 සීනි ටිකක්වත් කන්න බැරි ලෙඩ වාට්ටු තරුණ පරපුරක් ඉන්නෙ අද 😂😂 හරිම සෝචනීයයි. ලස්සන වීඩියෝ එක. නියම උත්සාහයක් නවීන උපකරණ වලින් ටිකක් මිදිලා පැරැණි ක්‍රමයට ගමේ අයටත් කරන්න පුලුවන් විදියට කල නියම උත්සාහයක් . අපේ රටේ ග්‍රාමීය ප්‍රදේශ වල අයට වටින වීඩියෝ එකක්. එග්වයිට් එකක් ක්‍රීම් එකක් කරගන්න හෑන්ඩ් විස්ක් එකකින් කොච්චර මහන්සි වෙන්න ඕනිද කියලා දන්නෙවත් නැති උන් කියවන විකාර වලට හිත රිදවගන්න එපා. නියමයි ඔයාගෙ වැඩේ. එකෙන්ම සපෝට්.❤
අත්තම්මාට පිං ඔයාගේ අම්මා බිහි කලාට.. ඊටත් වඩා පිං මේ වගේ සමාජෙකට ඔයා වගේ මිනිබිරියෙක්ව ගුනධම් වලින් පෝෂණය කලාට..❤❤❤
අදත් හරිම ලස්සන වැඩසටහනක් . තව තවත් ලස්සන වැඩසටහන් කරන්න ශක්තිය ධෛර්යය වාසනාව ලැබේවා
