It's fine if you fail because you still keep rewards , just need to extract in time but it's very easy to fail solo. Disruption takes around 2 1/2hrs or so. On avg cascade takes 1 1/2 hrs it's just that this map rotation was bad and I paused a few times.
Well cascade is the only one worth doing for farming. Distruption doesn't give you anything other than relics ig. Eido too inconsistent with arcanes not worth. Cascade gives a lot of arcanes to sell + zariman bounties you will get plenty of r5 sets to sell. And having a mod booster will drop even more arcanes
