He restored the dinamite particles before the powder could hurt him and killed Kravchenko with his hands We can't see his stand because Mason doesn't have one. Wait... Maybe Reznov is Mason's stand?

I just finished Black Ops (I'm a newcomer to CoD) and good lord the subtle hints they sprinkled in throughout the campaign, like in this mission, was so cool after seeing the ending.
This mission taught me 2 things about war when I was a child. 1. the sheer brutality of war and 2. The possibility that you could become a prisoner of war

You can tell the helicopter part of the mission was inspired by a similar thing in Rambo 2 when Rambo destroys the enemy base in Vietnam with a helicopter.
the original BO is still superior storywise to Cold War. BO2 is close but the original is still the best. also great setpieces: Vorkuta, Kowloon, Nam rat tunnels, Yamantau.
Cuba also looks cool too, especially on MP maps such as Firing Range, Havana, Hotel, Hazard, Crisis, and Villa. Stadium was also cool looking, taking place in NYC/Jersey City.
The game isn't 100% faithful to the Vietnam war... You can also see galils and uzis, stashed among the supplies of the VC's. Like WTF are Israeli weapons doing in Vietnam?

This mission takes place in Laos, and it was only in one area. Besides, it was a surprise attack on the Viet Cong, NVA and Spetznaz.
