    0:12 Magic Kingdom
    Magic Kingdom Park is a theme park at the Walt Disney World Resort in Bay Lake, Florida, near Orlando, Florida. Owned and operated by The Walt Disney Company through its Parks, Experiences and Products division, the park opened on October 1, 1971, as the first of four theme parks at the resort. The park was initialized by Walt Disney and designed by WED Enterprises. Its layout and attractions are based on Disneyland Park in Anaheim, California, and are dedicated to fairy tales and Disney characters.
    The park is represented by Cinderella Castle, inspired by the fairy tale castle seen in the 1950 film. In 2019, the park hosted 20.9 million visitors, making it the most visited theme park in the world for the thirteenth consecutive year and the most visited theme park in North America for at least the past nineteen years.
    15:07 Epcot
    Epcot was originally conceived by Walt Disney during the early development of Walt Disney World, as an experimental planned community that would serve as a center for American enterprise and urban living. Known as "EPCOT", the idea included an urban city center, residential areas, industrial areas, schools, and a series of mass transportation systems that would connect the community. After Disney's death in 1966, the "EPCOT" concept was abandoned as the company had uncertainty about the feasibility of maintaining an operating city. In the 1970s, WED Enterprises began developing a second theme park for the resort to supplement Magic Kingdom, as that park's popularity grew. The new park reprised the idea of showcasing modern innovation through avant-garde edutainment attractions, as well as the addition of a world nations exposition. The newly-designed park, featuring two sections-Future World and World Showcase-opened as EPCOT Center in 1982. In 1994, the park was renamed to "Epcot", dropping the acronym and "Center" from the name.
    25:11 Disney's Hollywood Studios
    Disney's Hollywood Studios is a theme park at the Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando. It is owned and operated by The Walt Disney Company through its Parks, Experiences and Products division. Based on a concept by Marty Sklar, Randy Bright, and Michael Eisner, the park opened on May 1, 1989, as the Disney-MGM Studios (Theme) Park, and was the third of four theme parks built at Walt Disney World. Spanning 135 acres (55 ha), the park is dedicated to the imagined worlds from film, television, music, and theatre, drawing inspiration from the Golden Age of Hollywood.
    34:50 Disney's Animal Kingdom
    Disney's Animal Kingdom is a zoological theme park at the Walt Disney World Resort in Bay Lake, Florida, near Orlando. Owned and operated by The Walt Disney Company through its Parks, Experiences and Consumer Products division, it is the largest theme park in the world, covering 580 acres (230 ha). The park opened on Earth Day, April 22, 1998, and was the fourth theme park built at the resort. The park is dedicated and themed entirely around the natural environment and animal conservation, a philosophy once pioneered by Walt Disney himself.

    I’m gonna be going to all 4 parks this December… I’ve been to most of the parks before except for Animal Kingdom, so I’m really excited to finally check it out. This has been a life long goal of mine to go to all 4 parks for maybe 15 years now. Haven’t been to Florida since the Christmas holidays of 2004, so it’ll be 19 years since I was last there.

    Sorry if my questions are too many but there are so many things I want to know about Disney World 😅
    My question
    - I just looked at the itinerary to Disney World and I realized that magic Kingdom, epcot, disney Hollywood studios and disney Springs are on different paths. Suppose I want to enter Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios and I am a non-native immigrant, do I have to order an Uber from Magic Kingdom to Hollywood Studios or is there other transportation such as trains or ships there that can be used to move from one place to another? other?
    - if in disney World the disney princesses are in the pavilion and princess fairytale Hall what about Disneyland? Is there a complete Disney princess there?
    is the parade held during the day or night?
    - last news i saw, princess sofia and some other junior disney characters gathered at disney Hollywood studios with meet up time at 9.30 am and end at 6.30 pm
    Is that still valid this year or not? And what about the other Disney princesses? Is there a certain time to meet them?
    - what time does the disneyland parade take place and what time does the fireworks show take place? Can this event also be seen at Disney World or only Disneyland?
    - Are Raya from Raya and the last dragon Pocahontas and Mirabel from Encanto in Disney World and Disneyland? if so where can they be found?

    My family is coming from Australia for our first Disney world adventure. We have a 10 day pass so what two parks would you recommend we spend an extra day in ?

    • @themepark101
      @themepark101  Рік тому +4

      That's a tough one. Are you planning on going to the water parks? I would definitely choose Magic Kingdom, and you could even do a split day and visit two parks in one day. Maybe Hollywood Studios and Epcot as they are quite close to each other. Hope this helps and I'm sure you're gunna have a great trip! 😁

      At the moment, I love the resorts that are connected through the Skyliner which gives easy access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, so Disney's Art of Animation Resort, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, Disney's Pop Century Resort OR Disney's Riviera Resort. Check them out online to see what fits best for you. 😁

    The restaurant you mention in the Mexico pavilion that overlooks the Gran Fiesta Tour, do you need to book into the restaurant? Is it easy enough o get a table with a view? and how is the food there? Thank you for your content!

      It is best to make a reservation, but there have been countless times that I have just rocked up and got a table. Food is pretty good but I must say the setting is really dark.

    Most of my family is scared of rollor costers because of their drops and loopty loops, is their any rides to avoid that have those features?

      Rock n Roller Coaster in Hollywood Studios is the only Disney World attraction with an inversion, so you should be fine! 😀

    I have a question for you, where would I go if I lost my kid in the park and it’s my first time?

    • @themepark101
      @themepark101  Рік тому

      When you tell a cast member about your missing kid, they will notify their supervisor and security ASAP. They’ll ask you for a recent picture and to list off some defining characteristics (ie: height, age, what they’re wearing, hair color, etc.). As soon as you give them enough details to go off of, the cast member will report the missing kid’s description to the central communication center so all cast members can be on the lookout. When a Cast Member finds a child, they’ll escort them to the park’s Baby Care Center.
