- Our next door neighbours are in denial about how much their dogs bark
We've kept a diary for three months, complained to the council, been to mediation, but nothing is done. The neighbours complain that we're either lying or exaggerating. At the mediation meeting is started to play 40 continuous minutes of barking but was banned as this was "inadmissable evidence"
