  • Follow the TNT Boeing 777-200 crew as they prepare the aircraft for a takeoff from Liege Airport in Belgium on a flight to Dubai International Airport. The actual 4 hour flight deck film shows the complete flight preparations in full details, this video is a short preview that includes the external walkaround of the aircraft.
    Following the Boeing 737-300/400 film we're delighted that TNT invited us back to film one of their long haul operations. The chosen route is certainly one of the most interesting as it features the wonderful destinations of Dubai & Hong Kong! This time we film the Boeing 777-200 Long Range Freighter and we're once again really lucky to have 3 sets of wonderful pilots who take their time and present this entire trip in complete details. You will learn everything from the plane, the route, the flights while everything is presented to you in an easy way for you to understand! In addition the views are really amazing on this new Flight in the Cockpit adventure!

    The captain sure knows his stuff. That’s the best description I’ve seen of what to look at and what to look for on the ground check.

    Outstanding walk around and cockpit info. This captain is a true professional. His multi-task skills are excellent. He performed his preflight while doing a full explanation. If he's not an airline instructor, he should be.

    Not only is the Captain’s knowledge of the exterior and cockpit evident, but it would be hard to miss his enthusiasm for the design and execution of the plane. Often the descriptions leading from ground planning to take-off roll are a bit rote, but this Captain made it clear that being a pilot, a pilot of a triple 7, no less, is work, of course, but also is joy. Thanks for that.

    I love how knowledgeable the captain is in the walkaround: He understands the 777 200 well. I want to be like that. This guy would make a good instructor in my amateur opinion as flight school student

    What did the Captain do between 35:58 and 36:00? Set standard. Could someone throw some light on it? That's a new for me.

    • @maninthecab
      @maninthecab 3 роки тому

      Siddharth Gurjar At “transition height “ the altimeter is changed from the local pressure setting to a “standard “ setting so that all aircraft are using the same settings instead of constantly having to change , with the risk that one might miss an update and be at the wrong altitude compared to all others around them.

    Camera guy sucks!! During the walk around the camera is more focused on the captain than on the systems that he is explaining!!!
