Dr Aimee , Do you recommend to keep taking the Coq10 & DHEA during the 2 weeks wait post IUI ? I just stopped it in case . I'm taking progesterone and afraid it interferes with anything . Thank you again !
Dr. Aimee, this is super helpful. Thank you! What is the upper limit for methyl folate? My prenatal has 600 mcg and I am taking additional 800 mcg. Just worried if it's too much. Also, is it ok to take myoinositol for someone without pcos? Particularly to improve egg quality and prevent recurrent miscarriages? Thank you again!
@@EggWhisperer Dr. Aimee; If I have PCOS do you still recommend taking 600-900 milligrams of Neo Coq10. Or would you rather I follow the instructions on the label?
I love how she calls studies "nice" or "beautiful". : ) It shows how much she loves and appreciates the science and the research that comes out. I wish every doctor was like her, seriously.
Hi doc. I fell pregnant very quickly at 38, after taking coq10, fish oil and vitamin D, before taking those supplements we tried a few months and nothing happened. I totally believed it helped. Ad the time my doc could see 5 follicles on one side and 6 on the other, so i still had enough. But the number is not everything
It was through a Redidit post that I found out about Dr. Aimee. I’m so grateful to now know about her and wish other fertility doctors took her approach. I’m currently on about month 3 of acupuncture for fertility. My acupuncturist suggested a good amount of these supplements. I don’t believe that we’re truly infertile (unexplained category). It’s just age is a factor for both of us, I’m 34 going on 35 and willing to take the natural route before IVF. I’m not sure if I’ll ever be ready for IVF, but I know that I’m starting the building blocks for healthy eggs! Thank you so much!!!
Thank you so much for this video. I watched for the first time last year. I was diagnose with low AMH:0.75 and I have 34 years old. And my husband had low count and also a varicocele problem. He did operate the varicocele and also took the vitamin that you recommended. He took Concept XR and also I took DHEA 25 Gr, COenzima Q10, Omega 3 for 3 months. And also with our amazing doctor now we can say that we wait for our bundle of joy. I'm 8 weeks pregnant now. It's our first baby. So we tried before to get pregnant to fertility, but without luci. And se tried this year again and yeeyyy!!. Thank you so much for all your videos. I learned so much watching them.
These supplements and vitamins really work. Thanks to Dr. Aimee, my AMH increase from 1.6 to 2.13 in 1 year. Thanks Dr. Aimee for sharing such valuable info. My first egg retrieval 36 resulted in 8 eggs retrieved 1 day-5 blast and 2 day-6s - 2 ended up being normal. This round after taking vitamins (above) for the better part of a year (maybe a month break here and there) and I had 14 mature eggs retrieved, 11 fertilized, and ultimately 8 Day-5 blasts. Still waiting on PGS testing. I'm also 1 year older, 37.
@@dmalikat 8 - Day 5 Blasts, 4 Normal and 1 is being retested due to no DNA being present in the biopsy. The other three: 2 Low Mosaic and 1 Abnormal (Aneuploid)
@@jamelablack that’s amazing! 4 normal. Dr. Aimee mentioned a lot of protocols including a special PCOS one. Congrats!! 🎈🎊 Which supplements did you go with?
This was so great!!! 36 now, IUD removed 1 1/2 ago and have been passively hoping to conceive, but now I'm more intentional and determined at my increasing age.
Hi, I am currently 44. Can you please help me understand why other fertility doctors would tell me that there is no way of improving egg quality, they have all told me taking all these supplements is a waste of time. Thank you
I’ve been told the same. Apparently the eggs are born with us and age with us. I guess if we are practicing healthier lifestyle and living in non toxic environments.. more chances of finding healthy eggs in older age. I also wanna know why docs telling me it’s waste of money with supplements
Hi there! Thanks so much for your videos. I'm interested in your thoughts on resveratrol, NMN, and L-glutathione. I've been taking those instead of the 3 that you mentioned. Do you think these are okay alternatives?
Thanks, Dr Aimee! Can you do an updated video of supplements to take and your experience with patients again? I tried taking DHEA 3X, but had nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. We just had our first egg retrieval and none of the 7 out of 9 fertilized embryos made it to day 3. I am 40yo now and the doctor didn’t mention it’s because of my age; she did mention that it’s because my embryos have a “fragile” membrane. I’m not 100% sure what that means, but I’ll search for more videos and info on it. I’m now taking supplements to improve egg quality. Hopefully next round will be better with all of the supplements that you recommended. Thank you for sharing these videos. They are very helpful!
Dr. Aimee! You’re so amazing! I love your knowledge and videos ❤. I’m preparing for my first egg retrieval and I’ve been taking Q10 300 mg per day as recommended by my doctor. Do you think it’s a lower dosage and I should take more? Thanks 😊
Love how you give woman on the fertility journey so much advice ❤ I'm 43 and starting the IVF journey because had 2 miscarriages and 1 tubal pregnancy. Both my tubes have now been removed so only option is IVF. Do you think I'd have a winning chance to get pregnant with IVF? I have regular menstrual cycles and I'm healthy
Hi Dr. Aimee, thanks for this wonderful advise. I’ve shared it with 3 other friends already. I’m 40 years old, breastfeeding my first child, planning for the 2nd. Is it safe to take açai berry and CoQ10 while breastfeeding?
Is green tea ok? Chinese naturopaths say to stay away from green tea and mint tea etc bc its "cooling" to the body, aka anti fertility. Also, how do you feel about royal jelly? I was told it helps improve ovarian function?
water fasting, calorie restriction and berberine increases NAD levels naturally in cells. berberine can be found in barberries. dried barberries are super high in vitamin C and one of the highest antioxidant containing berries which are easily available.
Hello Dr Aimee, after a lot of thinking posting this question. I'm going 42, had many miscarriages, last 2 were at about 8 weeks. I'm regular on my thyroid medication and taking all prenatal including Coq10. What do you suggest should be the next logical step. Thanks tons in advance, you are changing lives here with this platform 👍🤗
There's actually a lot remedy for you condition, I know a medicine man that can be of a great assistance he is Dr tunde, his medications has help so many mothers today, I think you should try it.
Dear doctor Aimy ! I really hope you are keeping safe during these challenging times ... I have a question please , Can DHEA cause a delay in periods ? I take 25 mg per day . I started a week ago and my period are still not here, test is negative. I also had to stop the fertility injections 2 days prior to insemination due date because of the lockdown here in France , and not sure when and if i ovulated . I read that DHEA can cause delay ? my doctor does not want to comment as he doesnt believe in such thing he said , i'm a bit lost . thank you ! and stay safe !
If you only started DHEA a week ago, my guess is that it wouldn't interfere with your period start. It's possible you ovulated later than you thought you did or you have a cyst (from ovulation). And they're both nothing to worry about at all.
I’ve been trying for 3 years, with a background of severe endo. I was told by my GP that I need to do IVF. Your videos have been a godsend. I no longer fear the process as you have shown me that I am still very much in control of my eggs! I’m totally devouring all your videos. Thank you so so so much for sharing your wisdom! 💝

Hello Dr. Thank you for genius advice. I had missed miscarriage yesterday I wonder why my ob/gyn didn’t suggest to do embryo genetic test. How soon we can start taking supplements suggested in video after recent miscarriage One more question is there a way i can get your consultation online as im not located in California
To nourish my eggs the best my doc at Biotexcom recommended to do the following. I was taking daily: Folic acid. Liquid zinc and selenium (NZ is low in selenium. Algae based DHA. Floradix. Vit D. And I inject B12 every 3 months. I got back into my daily breath meditation
Dr. Aimee, I am 30 years old and I have tried IUI with a failed outcome. My partner and I were recommended to go with IVF and we did. We went through the whole process and waited for our embryos to fertilize, but that was not our case. He retrieved 9 eggs however, my Doctor was able to fertilize 2 embroys at day 3 and now wants to tranfer it. I'm having doubts because he told me I had bad quality eggs and that was the reason my other eggs didn't make it to day 5. I'm lost and sad and just overwhelmed 😢. Please helpe me I beg you 🙏
Thanks so much for the information. I am going to freeze my eggs and will follow your recommendations. But theralogix coq10 is not Ubiquinol. What is a good brand of Ubiquinol? Thanks
Hi Dr. Aimee, I went for an ultrasound and it showed a dominant follicle of 31mm. I'm not very well versed in reproductive health, but in reading a little bit, I saw that this is a bit large and might contain a bad egg. I was told it's in the range of normal though. I'm 30 years old. Are larger follicles something that happens in some cycles or could it be a sign of infertility?
I've been taking 800 mg of Ubiquinol coQ10 (400 mg twice daily). Is this too much? My doctor recommended 800 mg of COQ10 daily, but i was unaware that Ubiquinol form was stronger in the manner you described. I just thought it was the more pure and easier to digest form. What should i do now? Im half way through my medicated cycle & now concerned if i'v been taking way too much, as youve said 250 mg is the equivalent to about 750 mg. If I'm taking 800 mg of Ubiquinol coQ10 each day, is that too much, dangerous, harmful or detrimental to my cycle???? 😬
Hi Dr Aimee! I’m underway on my first IVF cycle. Waiting for my scheduled first FET. Are any of these supplements also helpful with implantation and during pregnancy? Since my eggs have been retrieved already. Thanks 😊
My amh is 0.44 . My first ivf cycles no eggs were retrieved . What should I do . My doc is asking me to take coq10 . How long should I take and when should I go for next cycles
I have a question… if i started taking pregnancy supplements, should i stop taking my regular vitamins because they are also incorporated in the pregnancy vitamins brand i take?
Hi Dr. Aimee , my sister will be going for IUI within a week or 10 days, as in PCT there were immotile sperm She is on fertility treatment with letroz, metformin, D-chiro inositol ,myo inositol, L-methylfolate and mecobalamin Also she is on prenatal vitamin but it doesn't contain DHA and omega-3 fatty acid. Hi Dr Aimee, first of All : Thank you , you have no idea how you are making a difference for me, I so wish you were here in Paris! . No one talks about any other supplement here besides Folic Acids. so thank you for this video and all of the others . I have noted all CoQ10/ DHA / VitaD with fish oil etc . Should I get all of them ? or select any ? i'm a bit confused on what to take. FYI i am turning 39 in a week , been TTC for 1.5 year , had 1 misscarriage 5 months ago at 5w5d , AMH is 0.3 and FSH was 14 first check and second it came down to 7 ( did Macca for 1 month between both) . My fertility specialist was very negative about my chances of conceiving ( hubby sperm count is "correct" he said and i'm too low) , i have no medical condition besides low ovarian reserve, I don't smoke, very fit , i eat my greens everday . Thank you for helping me picking some or all these supplements . Thank you again
888Radia thank you for sharing what you’ve been through. I think the best thing given what a healthy eater you are is a great prenatal and coq10. I’m really sorry about heartbreaking miscarriage. I am going to remain hopeful with you.
Hi Dr Aimee, I have been on dounregulation for about 10 days now am starting stimulation injection on Wednesday can I take cog 10 or any of the supplement u mentioned?
Since my last response, I had my AMH levels tested & sadly, it came back at 0.2!!! So I have been taking the following supplements in hopes of improving my egg quality: Prenatal vitamin Vitamin E 400 IU per day Vitamin D3 1,000 IU per day Vitamin C 1,000 mg per day Vitamin B12 5,000 mcg COQ10 200 mg/3x/day Acai berry 1000 mg Shatavari 800 mg twice per day Pregnitude: twice per day DHEA 25 mg 3x/day Fish oil 1,000 mg Bee pollen with royal jelly & propolis: 1,525 mg, 750 mg, 750 mg per day Melatonin 3 mg: when I remember Pink Stork fertility tea: during ovulation window For hair: Biotin 5,000 mcg per day It looks like I’m taking a lot of supplements but my DR was more concerned that it probably wasn’t going to change anything. There was no concern over the safety of the supplements so I’ll continue taking them. I’m going to ask to a retest of my AMH levels in about 3 months to see if there is any improvement. I have been doing timed intercourse with ultrasound, Clomid 100 mg & Pregnyl injection for the last two months.

I had a dye test as well and it was all clear. I’ve been doing timed intercourse with ultrasound, clomid and Pregnyl injection for 3 months with no luck. I think my eggs are just too old. I’m going in for my first IUI (with clomid, pregnyl)tomorrow morning.

they are all good. Not sure how old you are, but if your follicle count is more than 1 then consider IVF if you're < 42 years of age and also consider fertility pills like clomid/femara

Thank you Dr. For the great information. What supplement can a patient with endometriosis use? tried Coenzyme Q and Myoinnositol but developed cysts that had to be removed surgically.
it depends on which brand and how it's formulated but in general 200-400 mg of ubiquinone or ubiquinol is great 300-600 mg of coq10 but check the dosing with your doctor too.
Hi Doctor, are DHEA supplements recommended to a person with PCOS. Also, does a person having low estrogen classify as a PCOS patient. Your points in video are very clear !
Thank you! Yes, if you aren't ovulating you will have low estrogen levels. PCOS patients will have low estrogen levels. As far as DHEA, no, I would not recommend DHEA to someone with PCOS. DHA = yes! I think DHA supplements are good but not DHEA. Thank you for your comments!
Hi Aimee, great video. I am a medical resident myself. I loved how positive you are. I am 34 yrs old and under fertility treatment. I had my first IUI done recently. Dr. Aimee, I took Letrozole for 1 year, after that I took Clomid for 6 months, with no success. I had always been told that I had PCOS but when I went to the fertility specialist he said that I don't have PCOS that I have DOR my FSH is 10.2 at the age of 32 and my estradiol is 46. Is IVF really my only option? Or should I start by taking the CoQ10 If I start CoQ10 should I still continue Clomid?
I'm 50 as of the middle of this month ,my partner wants us to have a child,he's 47..how should I start to check my eggs? I'm in the Caribbean/Jamaica.What should be my first move?
I would talk about using an egg donor, the likelihood at 50 is around zero percent. You can certainly get your eggs checked and get your amh level checked. I wish we had better options for women.
Hello Dr. Aimee, for male fertility, do you recommend both supplements mentioned? ConceptionXR and Proxeed Plus combined or just choose one? Also, for Ovisotal (not sure I spelled that right) would that be recommended for someone with PCOS but has regular periods and ovulation? I have PCOS but after some weight-loss(60 pounds)I have had very normal cycles and ovulation. Just curious if this would still benefit my egg quality without interrupting my cycle. Thank you so much 😊
Dr Aimee do you still recommend all the same supplements if ttc naturally? Also, where can we check which supplements are safe to take while breastfeeding still? I have endo and want to start taking coq10 and nac, but not able to find if they are safe while BF.
Hi, I love your content. I'm 36 with no health issues, currently taking folic acid pills every day should I add NeoQ10? I wouldn't want to start popping lots of pills every day. What do you recommend?

I hope you're seeing this comment even though this video was posted last year. I am a 35F G1P0 ,TTC. I have a hx of FVL and May-Thurner Syndrome with DVT x2 (the first after 1.5 weeks on BC @ age 20). I have been advised by MFM to begin Lovenox at a therapeutic level prior to TTC. Due to Covid19 I cannot currently get in to see infertility for a consultation. Would any of the recommended supplements possibly create an increased risk for hypercoagulation/dvt? I would like to do as much as possible to reduce the length of time spent TTC on Lovenox as I will have to continue for the duration of pregnancy and possibly short-term postpartum. Thank you!
Great questions. Coq10 and other supplements and vitamins like folate shouldn't interfere with your absorption of Lovenox. The best way to know if your lovenox is therapeutic: anti-factor Xa activity. Check levels! I'm sure you're under the care of a hematologist and they will monitor these levels so that if your supplements are somehow interfering with absorption (they shouldn't), you would know! Great question.
I'm sorry for what you've been through. It's not that you can't.....you can. If you were my patient, and your thyroid function is well managed then I would tell you it's fine but for someone who has a hard time controlling their hypothyroidism then it's best to hold off. Taking melatonin can influence TRH-induced PRL release and this can affect thyroid function as a result.
if you have hypothyroid and pcos what is best to take alpha lipoic acid is that good for thyroid?is there one with all in it you mentioned what was it?also is red ginseng good for pcos
So CoQ10 if taking in large doses like upto 700mg that is equivalent as taking Ubiquinol 250mg?? But Ubiquinol is more absorbed in the body compared to CoQ10 right? Or if CoQ10 is taken in large doses then it's absorbed like ubiquinol is? Ubiquinol is more expensive than CoQ10 or ubiquinone am struggling in finding ubiquinol that's vegan so if I took CoQ10 750mg that's same as taking Ubiquinol 200mg.? Would you say hirsutism and having cyst in the ovaries is part of pcos even though FSH and progesterone levels with menstrual cycles 28days are normal.. My TSH is normal. And if prolactin levels are high does this impact fertility and how to make this normal again.. I have started taking myo-inositol powder .. And I'm taking prenatals, ubiquinol, vitamin D 5000iu. probiotics, and NAC. I do wanna mention when on my IVF cycle my eggs deminished alot of them what does this mean and if I'm trying natural what else should I be looking at..my fertility journey is Unexplained Thankyou!
Thank you for the info Dr. Aimee. I had my first cycle of IVF in October 2020 - failed, with 11 eggs, 7 mature eggs, 2 fertilized, 1 for fresh embryo transfer, and 1 didn’t not make to the frozen level. The embryologist found that there were little dark spots on my eggs and were too soft, and suspected the quality of the egg is not good due to endometriosis (unbearable period cramp and pain) and I am 34 years old. I am currently on COq10 800mg, fish oil, prenatal vitamins, and 2000 IU vitamin D per day. And what else do you recommend to take in order to improve the egg quality? Should I take melatonin too? My doctor has put me on Lupron for 3 months because of my endometriosis, and plan to start another IVF cycle on Feb 2021. I need mediation. 🥰
hi Lei! You're doing all the right things. I would also follow an anti-inflammatory diet and make sure you're the healthiest version of yourself. I would ask your doctor if it makes more sense to do ONE month of depot lupron first then do IVF then do TWO more months before transfer. I would worry about being on depot lupron so long as it may make it harder to stimulate your ovaries.
Hi Dr Aimee, I just had my frozen embryo transfer this February, unfortunately, I had a negative HCG (I had several IUI’s and IVF cycle prior this month, I had one biochemical pregnancy from one of the IVF cycle), I’ll be turning 47 this year. Hi Dr. Aimee, first of all, thank you for sharing all this information. It is easy to understand and give me confidence during this process. I am 43 years old and I had an egg retrieval last week, where they got 4 follicles, 3 were inseminated, 2 of them were fertilized, but none of them survived. Is this could be because of the egg quality? Is there something I can do for improving results on a 2nd retrieval? Many thanks!

Talk to your doc about balancing out whatever the imbalances are with you. If you have a healthy uterus, then talk to your doc about ruling out PCOS. That can cause menorrhagia if you're not ovulating regularly.

U took coq10 and Dhea for low AMH?
DHEA ki doses?
Yes, I took both! 1 pill per day .

What all did you take?
@@MariaIbarra-ps5nk Did you see my response above?
Wow! Amazing. What happened with your PGT tests?
@@dmalikat 8 - Day 5 Blasts, 4 Normal and 1 is being retested due to no DNA being present in the biopsy. The other three: 2 Low Mosaic and 1 Abnormal (Aneuploid)
@@jamelablack that’s amazing! 4 normal. Dr. Aimee mentioned a lot of protocols including a special PCOS one. Congrats!! 🎈🎊 Which supplements did you go with?
This was so great!!!
36 now, IUD removed 1 1/2 ago and have been passively hoping to conceive, but now I'm more intentional and determined at my increasing age.
thank you! Hopeful for you
Hi, I am currently 44.
U can surely improve with walking and healthy diet
Hi there! Thanks so much for your videos. I'm interested in your thoughts on resveratrol, NMN, and L-glutathione. I've been taking those instead of the 3 that you mentioned. Do you think these are okay alternatives?
Awesome information thank you trying to get my FSH down was 62 now it’s 27 I’m getting there🤞🏽
What did u do to bring it down
Thank you for this video...I have PCOS and TTC... this gives me so much hope!
NAD and Psterostilbene? Do you still recommend these for fertility in 2022?
Dr.
SilfideCarmina great question! Yes :) for my patients I tell them acai and coq10 are healthy and safe while breastfeeding
Hi which one better NAD+ or Tru Niagen? for regeneration cell for fertility. thanks
Hello Dr Aimee who is this supplements affect high blood pressure medication?
Is green tea ok? Chinese naturopaths say to stay away from green tea and mint tea etc bc its "cooling" to the body, aka anti fertility. Also, how do you feel about royal jelly? I was told it helps improve ovarian function?
cooling..?that sounds weird.
This is the first video that I have come across giving so much information. Also please advise the chances in the 47th year.
water fasting, calorie restriction and berberine increases NAD levels naturally in cells. berberine can be found in barberries. dried barberries are super high in vitamin C and one of the highest antioxidant containing berries which are easily available.
niiiiice! Yes!!!
Thank you for genius advice. I had missed miscarriage yesterday I wonder why my ob/gyn didn’t suggest to do embryo genetic test.
How soon we can start taking supplements suggested in video after recent miscarriage

Dr Aimee please how can I do away with Pelvic Inflammatory disease
Dr. Aimee, I am 30 years old and I have tried IUI with a failed outcome. My partner and I were recommended to go with IVF and we did. We went through the whole process and waited for our embryos to fertilize, but that was not our case. He retrieved 9 eggs
however, my Doctor was able to fertilize 2 embroys at day 3 and now wants to tranfer it.
Thanks
Can I take myo-inositol and coq10 together for pcos and egg quality

Thank you for your video. Are there recommendations for high prolactin levels?
Love you Dr. Aimee, you’re amazing!❤️

Hi Dr. Aimee , my sister will be going for IUI within a week or 10 days, as in PCT there were immotile sperm
She is on fertility treatment with letroz, metformin, D-chiro inositol ,myo inositol, L-methylfolate and mecobalamin
Also she is on prenatal vitamin but it doesn't contain DHA and omega-3 fatty acid.
Her husband is on medicine having combination of L-arginine, L-citrulline, ashwagandha, safed musli, ginseng, phoenix dactylifera, L-carnitine, mucuna pruriens and vitis Vinifera, and medicine tadalafil.
Is there any thing more to add??

Since my last response, I had my AMH levels tested & sadly, it came back at 0.2!!! So I have been taking the following supplements in hopes of improving my egg quality:
Prenatal vitamin
Vitamin E 400 IU per day
Vitamin D3 1,000 IU per day
Vitamin C 1,000 mg per day
Vitamin B12 5,000 mcg
COQ10 200 mg/3x/day
Acai berry 1000 mg
Shatavari 800 mg twice per day
Pregnitude: twice per day
DHEA 25 mg 3x/day
Fish oil 1,000 mg
Bee pollen with royal jelly & propolis: 1,525 mg, 750 mg, 750 mg per day
Melatonin 3 mg: when I remember
Pink Stork fertility tea: during ovulation window
For hair:
Biotin 5,000 mcg per day
It looks like I’m taking a lot of supplements but my DR was more concerned that it probably wasn’t going to change anything.

I think my eggs are just too old. it depends on which brand and how it's formulated but in general 200-400 mg of ubiquinone or ubiquinol is great 300-600 mg of coq10 but check the dosing with your doctor too.

Why can’t you take melatonin if you have thyroid issues? I have Hashimotos and take it AND am trying to get pregnant after 3 pregnancy losses
I'm going to do a show soon on miscarriage.I hope it may help you.

Please update further how it went

Hi Dr Aimee, I just had my frozen embryo transfer this February, unfortunately, I had a negative HCG (I had several IUI’s and IVF cycle prior this month, I had one biochemical pregnancy from one of the IVF cycle), I’ll be turning 47 this year. My dr said, it’s about my egg quality. Do you think, we still have hope conceiving? What’s the best next step to do? Your response would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
Hi i had same problem. It may be beckz of low quality so i took ayyrveda medicines for 3 months. Now im pregnant if u want i wil share that dr details. That dr is ayurveda gynaec n infertility speclst in india

Hello Dr. Aimee, I am 43 years old in the process of IVF both tubes are blocked. Do you recommend taking 800 mg of CoQ10 (ubiquinone) all at once or twice a day?
I’ve read tons on this and my fertility doctor also says to take 200mg 3x a day. I assume 800mg would be 4x a day?
Same happened to me plz do let me know if anything helped... TIA
I have a question have you ever had client with blistering follicles after ivf ?? Do you know how I can fix this issue
Thanks have you heard about shativari ?
Hi ,AMH 0.5 ,Can i take all these vitamins together
You don’t necessarily need all of them. Most important is a prenatal, vitamin d, fish oil and coq10
Hello , AMH is 0.08 can you please let me know what i should need to conceive? Thank you
Im 29 yrs old.after 8yrs we decided to have a baby again.but i have hormonal imbalance and menorrghia.but my ultrasound shows no abnormality inside and everything is ok and normal.have can i get pregnant fast?pls.help
Talk to your doc about balancing out whatever the imbalances are with you. If you have a healthy uterus, then talk to your doc about ruling out PCOS. That can cause menorrhagia if you're not ovulating regularly.
Hi Dr. Aimee, what is the dosage of Coq10 that will be effective for improving egg quality. In this video you initially mentioned Theralogix contains 750 mg each tablet. Than you mentioned 250 mg to be taken. So I got confused. Please recommend the dosage per day
Therlogix

I hope it does
Thanks Dr. Aimee! I am your age and tried 200mg of Pterostilbene and oddly enough, I experienced the exact same weird reactions you described for TruNiagen. Since most studies show minimal side effects I am wondering whether it is poorly interacting with my other daily supplements (Prenatal, 600 mg Ubiquinol, fish oil, Tyrosine, Lysine). Should I cut down to just 100 mg or eliminate it overall?
