Dan of course! Completely amazing, and out of this world, as always!! Garrett Peters awesome.
Both versions have their place and Jonathan rocked it wonderfully. I just prefer Dan Vasc's version because I simply prefer his voice in general. He has a special way of interpreting his songs and his voice can convey a lightness and energy that is simply more appealing to me. Everyone has different tastes and it's always nice to find a version of a song that you personally like particularly well ❤🤘
I absolutely agree with you !
Dan Vasc by far!!❤
Jonathan has a great, gritty voice, and I liked it a lot. But Dan...what a fabulous metal version. I could listen to that over and over again. The slow version wears me out by the end. Dan's version leaves me wanting more. Always, always more Dan.
Both artists are sensational. Jonathan has a very unique voice and Dan can sing wonderfully in many different tones. It's a matter of taste and I love Dan's version so much.
Dan Vasc is phenomenal!!!!!
Fun to listen to the interpretations of two metal artists. Jonathan Young has a lovely voice, but seemed to go too rough and heavy at the end for my taste. Dan's interpretation was unique, uplifting, fun, and in my opinion, more musically creative and energetic. Loved it!
Obrigada por sua reação. Jonathan tem uma voz linda, mas com certeza Dan é o pacote completo. Ele tem uma voz incrível, tem muito carisma e sua versão dessa música faz a gente sentir vontade de dançar.
Dan
Try Dan's Thunderstruck with Orion's Reign, please!!!
I have already heard it! but have a video scheduled in a week or so to do his version vs another artist to see the difference. So I get to react to a new cover but still enjoy Dan's and Orion's again!
Absolutely Dan's faster version
Ilove Dans version of this song. I had never heard Johnathan’s version. I liked it, but I agree that the end result as a bit strange. You might like to check out Leonard Cohen’s Hallelujah, with Dan, Jonathan ,and several other guys. It’s on Caleb Hyles’s channel. Nice mix of male voices - and guess who crams the maximum drama and variety into his part?😊 🎶Thanks for your interesting picks and reactions Subbed, hoping for more Dan.
Will definitely check out Hallelujah. Glad you enjoyed. There will be more Dan, I have listened to a lot of his more popular covers so I am doing comparison videos so I can still watch them again! But there is still a lot I haven't listened to yet and I am resisting the urge until I do a video! It is hard though, he is kinda the reason I started this channel, so you can blame him!
@@JennReacts love it! I highly recommend Spread Your Fire?
Tommy Johansson has done a very fine cover of this song too.😊🎸
I saw that! Will have to doa reaction sometime to that too :)
Doesn't make any sense to compare them. Both are good in their own realm of music.
They are covers of the same song. And are both metal covers. Not sure why it makes no sense to compare them. Bit odd thing to say. Anyway I enjoyed both.
I didnt like the original and Johnathans is too near to that, so for me Dan wins this one hands down, he brought life into the dreary song and made it Epic
Thank you, Jenn! I hadn't heard Jonathan's version. I do prefer Dan's version. Thunderstruck would be awesome! I have seen both versions you mentioned. It's not voice, but 2 Cellos has an awesome version of Thunderstruck that will have you rolling in the floor. You might try this version - AC/DC - Thunderstruck (metal cover by Leo Moracchioli feat. Peter Honoré) on Frog Leap Studios channel - ua-cam.com/video/S7rRA-V-0zY/v-deo.html
@@SylviaCovington-g1i 2 cellos was the one I was thinking of 😉
