Ilove Dans version of this song. I had never heard Johnathan’s version. I liked it, but I agree that the end result as a bit strange. So many people think that George Clooney sand the version in “Oh Brother Where Art Thou,” but it was actually Dan Tyminski of Union Station (who often perform with Alison Krauss). Their version is great, but I LOVE Home Free’s so much more!

I was you 2,5 years ago… “Why haven’t I heard of this guy before?”… By now, I have been to 6 live concerts, will go to 2 more in November (Prague and Düsseldorf) and the only reason I skipped 3-4 concerts in between is because my life at that moment just wouldn’t allow it, or I would have been there. He has the most amazing and versatile voice I ever heard (you haven’t heard anything yet with this one!), he is an amazing composer, he has tons of charisma, and he is the most humble person I’ve ever seen, always advocating for peace and unity. I have a friend group now that comes from literally all over the planet. In October, they will come to my wedding in Europe, and my opening dance will be “If I Never Breathe Again” by Dimash. Full circle and life couldn’t be more beautiful 💜💜💜!

There is no comparison for me at all. Home Free's version is my favorite hands down. All the sounds including the drum beat, harmonica & jaw harp was made by the mouth. This is one of the most popular Home Free songs. It was the first song I ever heard from Home Free & I was instantly hooked. It really showcases the talent of these 5 men (their tight harmonies, Tim Foust's bass & Adam Rupp's incredible beatboxing). They are my favorite a cappella group. This song is very old (about 100 yrs.) & is done in the bluegrass country style. It was used in the movie "Oh Brother Where Art Thou" starring George Clooney.
