Things don't get settled down after Ibrahim Pasha's death.
Hürrem understands that Sultana Şah isn't a friend. She challenges her enemies after having Suleiman in her corner. She lays on entertainment in the harem as it's still being mourned for İbrahim Pasha. This drives Hatice to distraction. As Mihrimah gets disappointed by Yahya of Taşlıca's attitude, Malkoçoğlu Bali Bey returns in İstanbul. He informs Suleiman that it will be attempted to assassinate him. Hatice vows vengeance against Hürrem and gets Diana in the harem to kill her.
Hürrem understands that Sultana Şah has different aims and doesn't wait for too long to get her claws out. She lays on entertainment in a harem after a short time İbrahim died. Hatice loses her temper after learning this and comes into the harem to stop it.
Malkoçoğlu gets attacked on his way to the capital. However, he and his men manage to get over the attack. On the other hand, the effect of İbrahim's death continues. The Pope thinks that Suleiman is left alone and takes an action to end him.

Mustafa was very handsome, unlike Suleiman who was old and ugly. Many people were in love with Mustafa. Mustafa and Mahidevran were the most attractive people in the court during Suleiman's reign
The talk between Mustafa and Hürrem is interesting as, for a time, they were on much better terms historically than what was depicted in the show. But also these scenes between Mustafa and his mother get me every time 😭
Why they get you sad? Mustafa and mahidevil scenes? It's the usual mahidevil crying out of fear again.

The show makes Mahidevran cry a lot, yes, but, similarly to how I have to admire how well acted Hatice's breakdowns are, Nur Fettahoğlu does an excellent job of reflecting all the love and tenderness you'd expect from a mother while Mehmet Günsür acts back just as convincingly despite being older than her. You don't have to like their characters, but they both sell the emotions of the moment very well.
You would think Mustafa would be exhausted.
When people will finally understand... The ottoman people loved Mustafa. They adored him, they knew how good and honest ruler he would be. He knew justice, he was strong, kind but rightful. Hürrem destroyed Ottoman Empire because Mustafa died because of her. Bayezid died because of her as well. If Mustafa became ruler, Maybe today's Roma and Vienna would be still an Ottoman Empire.
The idea that Hürrem contributed this much to the fall of the empire is a little silly, in my opinion. The fall happened, centuries later, when empires as a whole were no longer standing the test of time. The final nail on the coffin, to that effect, was the Ottomans choosing to side with Germany during WWI. In fact, some historians argue that, without this alliance, the Ottoman empire would have been able to adapt and survive. While Mustafa was adored for fair, good reasons, I think all that would have happened under his reign is a return to a highly traditional Ottoman society and some positive campaigns. None of which I see having the ability to "save' the empire centuries later.
@@Redluna32 Well historians agreed that his brother Selim, that became the next ruler after Suleyman was very useless and during his ruling the Ottoman empire gradually began to fall. It was never as big as durin Suleyman's regime. Mustafa was consired to be as good as his father and his dreams were to make the empire even bigger and he would surely try to follow this dream.

Mahidevran is the best and most beautiful. Hurrem is nothing compared to her. Mahidevran and Mustafa >>> all others. I love Hurrem's sons but I hate her. The people of the ottoman Empire loved Mahidevran and Mustafa and hated hurrem. They didn't want hurrem to be in their kingdom at all, and I understand that
As much as I get u ,Hurrem wasn't so bad either, in the series i absolutely hate and despite her actions but in history she was actually a nice woman and people were hating on her bcuz like u said they loved Mahi more and felt bad for her
