Like I get what they were going for but it just... does not come across like that.
Plot twist: That’s actually what was happening, but Agent Egghead took the cover story too literally and actually tried to stop Ophelia’s “plan”, thinking it was real, leading to Meen having to bail her out when Agent Egghead actually did capture her.
Also I.M. Meen wants to imprison you in the labyrinth and she's just like "Go ahead and come in, try to stop me if you want, but I doubt you'll succeed"
Her plan is also pretty reversed to Meen’s. Meen has no ultimate goal, he just wants goodie-goodie bookworms out of his library and uses the Labyrinth as a jail for them. Chill freely invites the player into her home, and her goal is to mess around with history for the hell of it. Meen’s actions have no end-goal, just a motivation, while Chill’s actions have no motivation, just an end-goal.
It should also be said that how they deal with you is drastically different too. Meen just reimprisons you letting you essentially try again. Chill however just outright kills you by erasing you from time!

Interesting that they changed to a more pixel-art style rather than the black outlines they used in Zelda and I M Meen...I found those simple black outlines to actually be very charming!

Also I can now imagine a YTP plot where the old woman (don't know her name) gets jealous of I.M Mean and betrays him in an attempt to steal his spotlight. I.M Mean teams up with other sources popular in the YTP community to try and stop her.
