Cut yellow part that's not good for health... wash aloe vera then cut it like that... then add 1 lemon,honey as per your taste , some ice cubes and some water...mix it well... aloe vera juice is ready...😊😊😊

I think you have not removed the yellow fluid that oozes out when you cut the aloe leaf. Leave it hanging down for half an hour and then rinse with drinking water. This yellow liquid is a slow poison and allergent, one should avoid consuming it. Other than that aloevera is very good for the liver and full of antioxidants.
