I made one of these quilts a long time ago. My pieces were bigger, and I used neutral colored shirting material. That quilt got a lot of use. I had forgotten about it until you posted this video. I think I'll make another one. Thank you Beth. Your channel is absolutely lovely.

I don't recognize the material so much, but when you showed the pictures, I thought, "Oh, I recognize those!" I had bought a couple of boxes of started, but not finished, quilts. So glad I shared with you!

One year when we owned a camper, I took it and my sewing machine to camp and made seat covers for the driver and passenger seats.

Very pretty sewing in a great location Beth. I usually make braid quilts with strips and trim as you sew. Very handy having them pre-cut for you.👏♥️🇦🇺

Gosh, I don't know anyone who might donate precut fabric to me. I'll let have to look around more carefully!?! HAHA. Your location looks like the desert, so glad youenjor that. I was taken to desert in Utah, it was beige, hot, sand, & nothing pleasant. Was in Nevada 9 days, only thong of interest to me was Hoover Dam. Although it was October, it was 116 , not pleasant at all. We family who live Vagas, another disappointment. Had a wonderful visit when didn't have to sight see. When they lived in Hawaii, same thing. Dirty, islanders were beyond rude to us & left early. They had to stay several yrs, & couldn't wait to leave either. At least we (people), don't all like the same thing... it would be crowded everywhere.!?!?
Thought the area looked familiar. June Lake is beautiful. I'm just over the hill in Nevada.

I have tried to quilt while camping, but it has not seemed to work out. You make it look so peaceful. My problem is I don’t seem to have enough room. You R the best as a reminder to keep trying.

The old book I saw this block in called it “no name”. 🙃
Isn't that pattern also called Braided Fabric? I have tried to do it; but, it didn't go so well for me. I just learned in a video, just last week. that it is supposed to be easier by sewing on a paper foundation (to keep the points even). That looks like a beautiful place you are camping at. It looks so very restful there.

Are you gonna sew them right next to each other or have a strip of fabric between the vertical rows? What is your husband doing? Is he fishing or what? I know people who used to take their knitting machines glamping with them. I always enjoy your videos and I’m hoping you’re having a great time out there.😊

Why do you go somewhere else only to quilt?
I’m sure she does lots of other things off camera. Perhaps she quilts in her down time, in the heat of the day, or at the end of the day to relax and chill out. Many reasons and places to do what you love. Happy quilting.
