Wow !! This is what I wanted to know especially how to make the dough. What kind of flour do you usually use or any flour is ok ? Since my husband love to eat pizza, I want to try this one next time ;) Thanks for sharing !
Hey Kanako White pastry flour will work just fine and is available almost anywhere. “Tipo 00 flour” (from italy) would be the best but is not always easy to get. If you don’t have a decent sized oven (like the japanese one’s (haha), make only half the recipe. Otherwise you gonna be baking all day until done :)^^
