The announcement is especially significant as Nitish Kumar in Bihar and Chandrababu Naidu in Andhra Pradesh turned out to be kingmakers after the Lok Sabha election results, aiding the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) to come back to power for a record third term. These same ppl were waiting for AP, Bihar to not get anything so they could shout how BJP cheated their partners. Just day back, they were crying for Bihar not getting special status.
