I'm assuming that if one's car is eligible for Ksuite's "bench" tuning that opening the ECU is not necessary, correct? One would just have to find the correct exterior pins?
Yes and the instructions provided are excellent, so fining and connecting to the pins is nice and easy

Does this have to be done on a bench or can I do it via OBD2 port?
I normally use HPTuners but have been branching out and would like to touch things that I am unable to in HPT (DPF, EGR, cats etc.)

How you can adjust by ifs your self? This is not informative video.. I am ah user I should adjust the fuel and ignation timing and etc. How can I do that?
As the video describes, this is how to connect to the tricore ECU, this is not how to write or change the software, just how to connect to the ecu and read the original software from it.
