Harry P thank you, it means a lot!🌷🌷
I'm excited to see what you choose!
It’s very helpful. So now I know what’s it like to find an apartment in Zurich. Thank you so much.
Chenxi Shu I’m glad you found it helpful. Let me know what other things you would like if you are planning to move here. I will be sharing new videos every week about Switzerland. I can cover any questions you might have in one if them!
@@TheWealthyMindsAcademy could you please cover the rate of racism.
Girlll, that second apartment was just not it. I was also not feeling the style of it at all. It's like the builders gave up, lol. Love the video though, really helpful for people wanting to know what it's like apartment hunting here. Greetings from Luzern. :D
Haha right?? It looked unfinished! Definitely not for me 😂. Thanks for your comment! Greetings from Zürich!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽😊
So helpful! What that price you would expect to pay for a 4.5 room apt?
Thank you! Im glad it served you! The price depends very much on the area. Outside of Zürich city center, it can range between 2.1k and 2.9k or more also depending on how luxurious it is…
very nice video .. i wish you could tell me location of this neighborhood apartments there looks gorgeous 15:26
Welcome to Zürich :)
Oh thank you!! Are you from Zürich?
Yeah, i live in the City. Would love to meet you some time 💗
@@Teressy2 Sure! The whole point why I started this channel was to connect with people, so let's have a coffee one day as soon as I have settled down in the city, ok?
Gal On Duty sure, im looking forward to seeing you soon
Hi thanks for your video but it's possible to get furnished appartment in Zurich..
Harry TV thanks for your comment. I haven’t come across any furnished apartments to rent but good to know!
Love from India!
Thanks!! love from Switzerland!!
Hello
I hope you doing good today
Do I have to register before I can rent a flat in Switzerland Or can I do this after I rent a flat I live in Amsterdam the Netherlands
Making a video on this topic next week. Make sure to subscribe and click on the notifications so that you know when it’s up! In the meantime, you need a job contract and an a rent contract in order to register
But there are ways to make it easier . I’ll explain in the video 😉
Hallo, the neighborhood of the modern apartment you visited in the evening looks really nice. Also hunting for apartment now. Do you mind share the zip code of that neighborhood?
X.G. Chen sorry I just saw your comment now, apologies! Did you find your apartment?
Isnt it possible to get your own washing machine ?
Yes, you can in some apartments. You need to ask your landlord. In the last apartment I lived in, I did get my own washer machine but not everyone allows it.
how you find out the job?
non EU candidates hiring in any swiss companies? 😕😕😕
Im going to make a video about this in the next week. Make sure you subscribe and click on the notification bell so you know when it’s up!😘
I'm thinking about moving to Switzerland for work. What should I expect to pay for an apartment. I'd want a 2-3 bedroom.
Really depends on the location and whether it’s a new or old apartment. In Zurich you pay for a 3 bedroom apartment which is in decent shape between 2600 and 3000 CHF / month. In the suburbs you can get something similar for around 2000 - 2500 CHF / month. Just a rough estimate based on my personal experience
@@suppitupi The question was asked over a year ago. But maybe this is interesting for other people too. A 3 bedroom Apartment would be a 4 or 4 1/2 rooms apartment here. In Switzerland all bedrooms plus the living room get counted. You get 1/2 room if there is an open eating/living room area.
@@suppitupi Thats cap Zurich 3 bedroom apartment so a 4.5 is definitely more than 3000
Prices
😁
So you couldnt apply for residence permit that day because you had business in spain ? Sorry i didnt get it 😅
I was still working in Spain. You are not allowed to register in Switzerland if you still have a working relationship with a company in another country. Once I finished my contract, I could register.
@@TheWealthyMindsAcademy thanks so much for answering. So im going to relocate to switzerland (hopefully they offer me the job) do i need to translate my marriage certificate to german as part of the reauired docs to apply for the work permit ? Im an eu citizend have an infant and wife with long term residence in the Eu
@@TheWealthyMindsAcademy how did they find out you worked in spain ? Like did they ask in the form specifically whether you have still business contracts etc somewhere else ? Thank you !!
@@MonkeyBadAssFist i presented mine in Spanish and never had to translate it. Good luck with the job!!!
@@MonkeyBadAssFist i can’t exactly remember if they specifically asked that question or if it came out when I was explaining why my husband and daughter were not with me at that time. Be aware that you need to have your family with you at the “Gemeinde” to get everyone registered. If they don’t see them, they won’t do it. Hope this helps! Good luck to you and your family with this new chapter!🤞🏼
How about the numbers 💰💶
Tu acento mexicano es fuerte
Jin Gfriend thanks for your comment and the remark. I’m not mexican though. I’m Spanish, from Canary Islands. Very proud of my accent ☺️Have a wonderful day!🌷
No es Mexicana, tonto!
You are so beautiful. You look like Dana Garcia:)))
Marie Drapalova wow thank you!! Do you mean the actress?! Well she is gorgeous! So that’s an amazing compliment 🙌🏽🌷😘
Gal On Duty Yes, the one from pasion de gavilanes;)
