lifestyle Si Hi! Since it’s a rental I am going to give you the hints for the type of furniture. For the balcony: Vertical garden in one of the walls... or both, if you are feeling bolt about gardening 😁🤗 two cast iron garden chair, two or three rattan ottomans that can double as extra seats and table; on the half wall (facing the kitchen) you can divide it in three, find a set of two steps made out of old / used wood (to give a rustic feel) place each on both ends (on one end grow aromatic kitchen herbs on the other make a fresh tea garden), keep the middle part empty; For the living room: would you consider having sofa in a pastel tone (plain lilac blue, sort of) and chairs in a different pastel tone (plain peachy)? Go for textured and or printed cushions for the sofa and chairs, an entirely glass / acrylic coffee table, ...about the rug (not so clear yet); a bench / console like etel.design/product/marquesa to be on the living room wall close to the inner patio, in that patio have pots with flowers (between 3 to 5 differents types) have an olive tree, an ornamental grass, eucalyptus and a dusty miller), no seats on the area, make two rows of plants and flowers on the sides and a “corridor” in between them.
For the dinning are: an oval table
