I worked on the refurbishment of Tavistock House for British Transport Police and the head officers who were entitled to a separate office, went around measuring the offices to make sure that a junior officer didn't get a big office than themselves. They were so obnoxious and petty, demanding things to be altered all the time and one senior idiot wanted me to move a wall back four inches. He wasn't very happy when I said no, demanded that I obeg him. I therefore advised him if he could write and sign an instruction to me, because we would have to move a 5/6 storey structural brick gable end of a large Victorian building. He walked off muttering under his breath and I heard nothing further. What I found funny about the interaction, is that I was a very junior member of the design team and had no authority to instruct the works, my immediate boss, could only do that. The police hierarchy were more concerned about making themselves very comfortable and not interested in policing, but the masons are a funny lot.😂
The sheer arrogance of these officers is staggering. No one would begrudge them getting refreshments on a long shift, but how they abuse a member of the public when he complains about their parking is unacceptable. Then they wonder why there is so much distrust and lack of respect towards the police, they should look at this video for the answer.

What you could do, is ring 101 in front of them and make the complaint there and then. Not sure if they would be amused if you made the complaint in front of them. Then of course you make the ethics complaint that the passenger didn't grass the driver.
You would have to wait 2 hours to be put through, then fobbed off without a reference number. What would be funny is if you had a barrister next to him, in full silk, with a quill pen ready to fill out the forms for a private prosecution, and serve it on the individual officers there and then.
@@OncleM What you do is record it. Then you can make a second complaint. Similarly if they don't respond within 20 days, or give you an update every 20 business days, you make another complaint. I rarely go into my city's city centre now, but I used to go there every single day, mainly to use the library computers, and would see multiple Police cars parked illegally in taxi ranks, on public footpaths, in the middle of traffic lights, and on double Yellow lines for hours at a time, doing the same thing. Where exactly were they parked illegally? Right next to City Hall, whose parking wardens did nothing about it. What were the ones that I managed to spot leaving their cars parked illegally usually doing? Going for their lunch, which as I said would usually last for hours as they'd still be sat eating and drinking in the same takeaways and restaurants, after I'd been in the library and/or shopping for 2+ hours. Where should they park when they're going for lunch? In the multiple nearby shopping centre car parks, retail park car parks, bus station car parks, railway station car parks, hotel car parks, leisure centre car parks etc On Christmas Eve 2019 at around 12am, I saw 20+ Police vehicles park on my 1 mile long road, which contained over 40 Police officers, to arrest 1 skinny burglar. As I live on a main road, which is part of the main ring road around the main city, it's usually full of traffic and parked cars, but as it was Christmas Eve the road was empty for a change... Still that didn't stop the majority of those vehicles parking on blind corners of a cross roads, in the middle of traffic lights blocking off one side of the road, and in the middle of those diagonal White lines... Breaking the law and forcing the few cars that were out to risk their own lives, by driving on the wrong side of the road into oncoming traffic, through traffic lights at a cross roads, where there's a blind corner that cars usually turn around without stopping. They had the burglar face down on the floor straight away without a fight, yet still had 8 officers surrounding him for 10+ minutes, even though the main van was just metres away. They didn't need 8 officers, never mind 40. What were the other 32+ officers doing, while the burglar had his face squashed into the pavement for 10+ minutes? They were stood around in the middle of the road having a chat and a laugh, with no concern that their illegal parking might cause a crash at a crossroads. Not only that, there was room for 100+ cars to park legally, yet they all think they can do what they want.
Parking on a pavement in London is against the law, no emergency call no special ability to ignore that law. It just goes to show though, you mention PS/IOPC and they laugh because they know they are protected by the very fact the police police themselves so are never in the wrong.

That security guy who watches your videos is possibly the coolest guest star of any of your videos!
Security guard was so interested in you taking pics or video, however in full camera view was people taking footage of what was going on across the road including the building. Wasn't too worried about that was he?
Honestly there are simply not enough words for this video - not only are the police breaking every part of their code ethics but absolutely disgusting attitude once again , the second part of the conversation was reasonable but again the last idiot getting up close trying to intimidate is not shocking anymore i honestly don’t know where on earth they find these Morans but they need be held accountable every time they behaviour is as inappropriate as they show themselves here . Excellent video pttp!
So put those coppers up against a brick wall and shoot them, they have a 12 hour shift, all Power did was to wind them up, thank heavens they were in good mood.
"What's it got to do with you?" Well as a member of the public, everything actually.

Loved it at around 16 minutes. I was watching with no sound, just subtitles. The security guard seemed to be doing his Magnus Pike impressions, behind him, whilst he was gesticulating away, two people stopped and started taking photos. Love it. He was too busy to notice.
I used to work in a call centre years ago and one of my colleagues had previously worked in a police call centre as a civilian call handler ' and she told me that the way the police used to treat and talk to the civilian staff was outright disgusting.
In the multiple nearby shopping centre car parks, retail park car parks, bus station car parks, railway station car parks, hotel car parks, leisure centre car parks etc
On Christmas Eve 2019 at around 12am, I saw 20+ Police vehicles park on my 1 mile long road, which contained over 40 Police officers, to arrest 1 skinny burglar.
