    It has come to my attention that many of you don't have access to a cable machine, if that is the case you can do dips instead of cable flys.     I added declined dumbbell chest press as a finisher to my day 5 workout heading into the holiday weekend. I've never done them so i went 10lbs lighter and focused on form , doing 3 sets of 12 . I definitely feel it today, 24hrs later , Thanks for the TIP!

    I watch some other guys in my gym go from top to bottom on the cable machine and mind you, they are muscular, so I thought I was possibly doing it wrong. Glad this video cleared it up.

    This will come in handy for me. I actually have titanium bars covering my lower chest right now, removal in October. Interesting to see how much my lower chest will have developed (or not developed) these last 2 years.

    You should do a video on Meal Prep foods and list a bunch of healthy muscle building foods. I've been back in the gym for about 6 months now and made a lot of progress, started at 192 lbs and now I'm back down to my goal weight 170 lbs MUCH leaner and much stronger, seeing definite definition in my pecs, abs, back and arms compared to where I was. Food tips would be great though if you haven't already covered this? I mostly eat chicken, brown rice, zucchini, brocoli, and other fruits and vegetables as well. Trying to eat as clean as possible but it's hard to do EVERY meal a clean meal haha Chocolate and pizza are hard to resist! hahaha :)

    Hey Scott, love you videos man I'm 17 and they really help a lot with adding diversity to my workouts. I wanted to ask you about workout plans for the week, should I do Chest Monday, back Tuesday, arms Wednesday, etc. and repeat this the same day every week or should I do arms like every 4 days instead of just once a week, etc?
