    I was interested in this video and appreciate the overview you provided, it was very informative. The only thing I would add to your video is the CPHR designation (Chartered Professional in Human Resources) outside of Ontario. The CHRP, CHRL, CHRE, are not designations you would find in the rest of Canada. I would also suggest if one was to pursue a designation for HR the CHRP (Ontario) and CPHR (outside Ontario) is the most comprehensive and most recognized designation for the profession in Canada.

    Sir,
    I'm actually keenly interested for the masters in management in human resource management program at University of Windsor but my bachelor's degree [B.Com(hons.)] in India is only of 3 years. So is it possible that I do a post graduate certificate program in human resource management in one of the colleges in Canada and then join the respective HRM program. It would be really kind of you if you could let me know/ emphasize a bit on this. I would be eagerly waiting for a kind reply.

    Thanks Nishant & Tanu for the insightful videos. One great thing is that u are a recruiter yourself and can cover a whole gamut of job related topics. Request if tanu can share how to apply to banks in covid time? I plan to do csc and get started in bank branch. I wanted to understand how to approach applying to banks

    • @InTheNorthCanada
      @InTheNorthCanada  3 роки тому +1

      Hi Piyush, if branches are your only target CSC can be a good option if you already have experience in banking. But if you are completely new to the field CIFC is advisable. Also keep you options open, especially during the time when the economy is still struggling to recover from the pandemic situations. Branches were the first place where jobs were cut down and this is still somewhat true due to restrictions. Keep applying at branches, attend job fairs offer by some of the banks and also make sure you try out other financial roles available both at branches and in the back-end in other industries as well such as Insurance/ Mutual Funds/ Brokerage firms/ Investment Advise companies just to keep more options open for yourself.

    • @canadianhustlers
      @canadianhustlers 3 роки тому

      @@InTheNorthCanada noted. I am new to banking. I come from an investing background (asset management). I was keeping this as a fallback option. I want to maximise chances of geting the fallback job. Should i write CIFC along with CSC to better my chances of fallback?

    • @canadianhustlers
      @canadianhustlers 3 роки тому

      I cant get refund for csc now so will be writing that for sure. My main aim is to not be without a job and i can write cifc after csc to better my chances. I am open to non branch and non bankig financial (insurance etc.) roles as well.

    Hello Bro,
    I watch your videos regularly. Appreciate your work. I’m a BBA Human Resource graduate from India. I’m planning to move to Canada for 2year program. Could you please suggest which course/collage/university would be suitable & also the Human Resource job market, scope, skills to learn during collage days, resume, pay etc to build my career in Human Resources management. Thank you. 😇
