Hi Hans, appreciate your efforts. Organ inventory will definitely help in personalizing the medical help which the individual wants and needs. It will also help to understand how fluid this spectrum is. something new to learn always from your video.

I'm still waiting for that vaporware of a promise that was "radicly individualized health care", where no tests, procedures, or medications are ordered on the basis of the patient's membership in any given demographic group, but rather each individual patient is treated as a terra incognita until given a basic examination of their biomedical landscape, and then all decisions on that patient's medical care are made on the basis of a melding of best practices built around each individual data point within that patient's profile.
Here's how we usually treat patients with a uterus.
Here's how we usually treat patients with testes.
So here's how we think is best to treat patients with both a uterus and testes.
And after a while, the profile of best practices and outcomes for patients with uterus and testes becomes a modal data point in and of itself, but always the treatment of any medical issue needs to take into consideration as many, not as few, data points within a given patient's medical profile.
Every patient is a unique case, a one-of-a-kind constellation of medical needs, and should be treated as a person with medical needs, not a constellation of symptoms requiring a cookie cutter diagnosis.

Lovely talk Hans. Where do you land on child circumcision can I ask? In my opinion the issues of bodily autonomy are identical, and I would like to see a move towards postponing choices until the individual has the capacity to decide.

Hi, Hello, Hans! I am wondering if you might have any resources, possibly medical studies/journals, books that may have been used/sourced in this lecture? I am wanting to better educate myself as well with information and data. Thank you so much for your channel! Additionally, if you have any other recommendations of youtube channels or social media handles that also touch upon this topic. I also am interested in learning more about people's lived experiences! I appreciate your time and efforts! Thank you!

I don't have an exact bibliography because this is a half-length version of a talk that is usually much longer. A lot comes from academic work from Elizabeth Reis, Alice Dreger, Anne Fausto-Sterling, and Catherine Clune-Taylor. And much of the rest is a culmination of experience in community and advocacy for over a decade. interactadvocates.org/ has topic lists for many of the items touched on.

Hey, I don't know if you're gonna read this, but would you like to have subtitles in your videos?
I totally support your cause and I'd be more than happy to contribute in a way so that this life-changing content could reach more people.
    I'm a polyglot by the way :)

    Hi ,
Kindly share with us on the analysis results with regards to Pelvis for intersex people.......
Your pelvis is the part of your body that contains your uterus and bladder.
The female pelvis is wider than the male pelvis, as it’s designed for pregnancy and childbirth.
