I have just watched this video, really want to thank YOU. A huge Thanks to you. Few years back I cut off those people from my life who used to body shame me.. I was pretty good at my studies, my professors used to appreciate me all the time, n my so called friends they used to take my help in studies, n I always helped them. But they were never thankful about it. instead of being thankful they always made sure that how I get morally down, how I feel low, by body shaming me, hurting me in some or other way... Finally I cut them off..

I follow a simple rule : Pursue goals,not people.
In this journey of pursuing happiness and goals ,if I meet good and positive people ,I will openly embrace them and give a chance for friendship. If there is reciprocation , a good friendship can develop . If not , I will just keep working hard to be the best version of myself . Nothing wrong in being self involved. It's not the same as being selfish. Most people are fake and wont contribute to our happiness and only seek our Friendship for selfish interests. I realised and learnt that the hard way. I have a fully packed routine and keep myself busy with all forms of development and allocate very little time for "friends". There are only 2-3 people that I trust that I chose to stay in regular touch with. Others are like fellow passengers on a bus ride that will come and go.
