    I used to do Kendo a while back, I did stop doing it but I felt as if I had learned only a fraction of all the things my sensei’s taught me. I felt as if there was something they were trying to teach me about my mind and mental state but I didn’t know what it was until now. Thank you, this was very helpful.

    Inshallah and Peace... This a Fantastic video.. Very informative.. It sparked my interest in Kendo even more.. Going to find a DoJo as soon as we get out of this quagmire we call Covid ..

    This is an expensive sport the armor cost around 1000 dollars. :(

      usually sensei let you borrow a pair of theirs if they got enough until you're pro enough to buy it yourself

      There are quite many decent and protective armors that cost less than half that amount :)
