Hi Cassie, First of all I have to say....I love your channel! I first stumbled upon it when I was looking for fitness & diet tips but now adays I'm a bit of a sucker for the beauty tips! You totally inspired me to rehaul my skin care rountine so its now all natural products, and I even drink things like peppermint tea to aid my digestion. Just like to say you inspire me to take better care of myself and keep doing what your doing! x
Kassie, you are such an inspiration . I have started taking more hot water baths with Epsom Salt. I have also started a 30 day yoga challenge. Which i do after my bath. Doing the two really cut out a lot of stress and help me sleep more relaxed at night. Thank you for the inspiration.

I just wanted to say that since watching your videos I've improved my skincare routine. My products aren't all natural but they are extremely gentle and my skin hasn't looked this good since 10th grade. Instead of using serums and night creams I rotate from olive oil to coconut oil. Instead of using harsh acne cleansers and scrubs I use the cetaphil cleanser and I've recently purchases the biore black charcoal soap which is great for the days when I wear makeup. Which is once or twice a week, thank you sooo much. My skin used to make me feel ugly and insecure and now I am proud of my appearance without foundation!

(I also love that you linked to some of my favorite blogs, like Wellness Mama and Healthy Home Economist … do you know about Mama Natural, Nourished Kitchen, and Mommypotamus yet?) I have the same fermented cod liver oil, but I had no idea they made a balm … I might have to get that. I'm definitely going to try your detox night - it sounds so relaxing. Personally, I'd probably add some dandelion root tea, dry skin brushing, and oil pulling to the mix!

Hi Kassie! I really enjoy your videos and all your natural remedies and amazing attitude! I'm a huge fan of Epsom salts and I save money by buying plain epsom salts and adding a few drops of my own essential oils (lavender, chamomile, whatever the mood calls for.) It's so much cheaper than buying bath salts that are marketed as bath products. Keep making videos!
I bought myself the pink clay soap about a month ago and I'm in love it's really helped me with hormonal acne because I'm 14 and my skin is pretty crazy

My detox nights usually involve pretty and natural bath bombs from LUSH, I never thought about sea salt! Maybe I can actually have these more often...
My bathroom used to be full of those! I haven't treated myself to a bath bomb in sooo long! The salts definitely make up for it in my opinion :):)

I have the same fermented cod liver oil, but I had no idea they made a balm … I might have to get that. I'm definitely going to try your detox night - it sounds so relaxing. Personally, I'd probably add some dandelion root tea, dry skin brushing, and oil pulling to the mix!

Hi Kassie! I really enjoy your videos and all your natural remedies and amazing attitude! I'm a huge fan of Epsom salts and I save money by buying plain epsom salts and adding a few drops of my own essential oils (lavender, chamomile, whatever the mood calls for.) It's so much cheaper than buying bath salts that are marketed as bath products. Keep making videos!
