Frontera 2.4i - Fuel pump HACK

Hey all 👋 last time i found out something awesome about the old Frontera 😃
The fuel system was modified by a previous owner, and its genius!
This way i could replace the fuel pump and the filter in about 10 minutes, instead of a whole day fighting with rusty bolts and a heavy fuel tank sitting on a jack halfway out 😅
I recommend this mod for everyone, as it really makes life easier 👋

How heavy is empty tank? May you know?

I'd say its about 20kg. Before removing it make shure to soak the bolts in oil at least a few hours, they will be rusted and they can break if they are stuck. Also, when removing the tank make shure to let it down at an angle, first the left side, so you have access to remove the cables and the hoses from the pump (on the top) and the filler neck on the right side, or else those can break too. There wont be a lot of space to fit your hand into, but the method works
