@@UndergroundEric I definitely had fun also I have almost completed my metropolitan electric locomotive in stormworks just gotta do the numbers, name plates, make the handbrake work, do a bit more of the golden lining and add a reverse button after that I may upload it to the workshop along with a repainted version of my M7 as metropolitan no. 1 and maybe some coaches then anyone with stormworks can use them anyway I hope we see each other again
Very enjoyable Eric..thank you. Great seeing all the various trains..especially the Brit on the Pullmans..and the Met of course!! Although the L.M.S. Crab seemed a bit of a wobbler. Take care all the best.
Yeah i agree with you, the timetable was sort of a good idea in order to keep everything calm and ordered, but it just restricted the customisability (excuse the pun) of what you could run with and when. I would prefer doing a couple of laps have a break and a chat, hopping back on when I liked and running round again. But if everyone did that I'm sure it would be chaos. Don't worry about the wind noise, it didn't ruin the video or anything, at least you've got a dead cat on your camera , I've just got a dead guinea pig on mine lol 😆 🤣.
The friday was open running so that was an anything goes sorta day to cater for that. The timetable idea was good, however as you say i would prefer to run for a little then stop in a loop and have a chat to people ect, however they wanted you on the go constantly. An hour and a half at a time was a lot! My backside was worn out lol. The wind was a right pain, there are a lot of clips i had to cut short ect because it was so loud, but we got there in the end 😆😆😆
Great video! I've always been keen to join the GL5 group - but was always put off by the strict "only BR Policy". There's a chance in the future I could pick up something of that ilk. Would you recommend becoming a member?

That's one of the reasons it's called a crab, the scuttling motion that was felt on the footplate 👍
