Eurasian Woodcock Hunting - Dad is a Breeder - Project Upland Magazine
Вставка
- Опубліковано 2 бер 2019
- What if we could give you a story of English setters, the Italian Alps, Eurasian woodcock, and even puppies? This is the world Andrea Cavaglia grew up in. It is the passion that inspired his films and career.
Take a journey into the Italian Alps as Andrea explores his family heritage of breeding and hunting the mountains and farmlands below. From Eurasian woodcock hunting to training dogs, this is a distinct part of the world -- yet still the same community we are a part of.

These are amazing videos, very underrated and under viewed . I’ve watched a lot of them and I agree project upland and the message it has will be the connection to younger generations. I really hope this spreads
Thanks Tate! We hope people continue to embrace it in our community.
Fantastic.
Complimenti bellissime immagini.. Cani Stupendi... La caccia alla beccaccia in montagna ha sapore autentico.. È sacrificio e sudore ripagati dall'emozione e dal silenzio.. Bravi...

Andrew Snyder thank you so much Andrew. We certainly love doing it!
You guys are producing some seriously great stuff! Between the podcasts and the videos it is awesome! Keep up the great work!
Thanks Scott we appreciate that!
I’m 25 never shot a quail I walked into my first covey during deer season. Well I was scared and excited I went out found the covey the next day and I missed all three shots. I walked up a single I got it and I was hooked. I now have 9 month old gsp. I built a pigeon coop I haven’t got Pigeons yet. I’m still woah training but I’m a kinda young new bird hunter with three sons. These videos made me get my dog. I wanted a drathaar but they are very expensive and I’m very poor 😂. I’m gonna hunt Kansas next year maybe guided then a day or two on public.
Sad to see these magnificent birds fall from the sky but the triad is gun, dog, bird. Without anyone of the three it's simply hiking. Besides, contrary to popular belief they taste wonderfully.
Stupendooooooooo.
I used love shooting in ireland .rough shooting for pheasant woodcock rabbitts and snipe .My 2 sons do it now .They use german shorthaired pointers .One was out today and got 2 woodcock and 2 pheasant .Well eat them on friday .slow roasted . Loved looking at your dogs working .Great to see them going well .Would a man walk a kilometer if he didnt have a dog shooting .They are your eyes and ears out shooting .Brilliant video
Beautiful setters. I love how the old-world setters work. All cat-like and sneaky.
that's were the term 'setter' came from...they set when the come on the prey
Bravissimiiiiiiiiiiii.
👍bellissimi
What a gem. Such a bond to see between Man, his dogs and nature.
Moltooooo bellooooooo.
Anybody know where I can get those thin collars his setters are wearing?
We will see if we can get Andréa to tell us!
The orange one? It’s a gift form a good friend but he makes them just for fun I don’t think there’s any way to buy them

Hello everybody. He make them for about 4€. I have some from him and they are really nice.
Great video with some awesome looking dogs
Donald Robert incredible dogs and we know a kennel is working on bringing them to the states!
Where can I watch the full movie? Or there is no such thing and this is all?
Shot film series unfortunately. Our first feature length will be released late winter.
Thank you! It would be great if you make long videos like this and distribute them through subscription.
Mi piacciono molto la caccia.
OMG, your dogs are amazing and the pizza a close second.
Why is the video called "Dad is a Breeder" when he specifically says that Dad is not a breeder?
You can enjoy nature without destroying it... I hope someday you can come to realise that nature is beautiful and you don't have to kill everything for your devilish pleasure.
why do you hunt woodcocks?
Coi cani.
Great video, hit dislike by accident. Hit 3 likes to counterbalance!
as a video it is very good, but i dont like humans killing the birds for no reason, they dont need them to survive, only as a sposret....disgusting the kill just for a sport
Disgusting
Stupendooooooooo.
