That was a great interview, I've gotta say that my latest best discovery in music is To Love Is To Live. Purely ,truly, poignant and relevant. thank you
Interesting. I kind of had the opposite reaction. My thought was what an awfully generic interview. An endless stream of "best this" & "favorite that" type questions, where the artist being interviewed is forced to whittle down to single answers from off the top of their head and only do so because the question has been posed to them.
Great interview. The host asks solid and insightful questions. Jehnny Beth is amazing! Didn't know much about her, but I have instantly become of fan! 5-stars
She seems to have had quite a large budget to record the album: going to LA, London, staying in hotels on the trips, and engaging with Flood - he's U2's producer and he wouldn't be cheap. Good luck to her but I got the impression money might have been tight for the recording, she seems to have no shortage of money though.

Lovely.
Google early pics of Dave Vanian of the Damned around 1977. Identical!!
