- Here it is! Finally! The long-awaited, all cars in Need for Speed Pro Street ranked from worst to best for Speed Races!

All cars have been upgraded with the stage 3 performance and handling upgrades and have been reduced if necessary. NOS has been used and all the cars I've tested used manual transmissions on King assist.
The best time a vehicle can achieve determines how good it is and therefore its place within this list.
Each vehicle was taken on Autobahn B multiple times, with the best time being recorded. For most vehicles this equates to about 5 tries per vehicle, but can often be more to ensure the absolute best lap time has been achieved with the vehicle.

My Porsche 911 Turbo on Nevada Highway: Hold my repair markers.
My (almost stage 4 sans the drivetdain) Z06 be like "Pfft, amateurs. I only die when someone else dies and blocks the road".
The GT2 with ride height set to its lowest (for some reason) ignored all bumps and jumps. Unstoppable!
Speed Challenges were a broken mess, but I did love them. Total Repair Marker drain with the wrong car for sure lol.

The Lancia is the best for grip. I know we're not talking about that but that little thing can corner insanely fast. No tuning needed, just upgrade and forget. It only sucks at the oval track and the other track that's just a high speed challenge disguised as a grip one lol.

Although I'm wondering how tf did the Viper end up so low, despite being one of the very few cars that can consistently hold its speed over 380 (or even 390) without Nitrous

The McLaren F1 continues to show why it's been the top dog since High Stakes.
The car won 1995 24 hours of LeMans in rain with only suspension and wing mod.
The best part about the F1 is that you don't even need to tune properly, just put everything at +10 in Transmission and rest keep it at 0 with stage 4 parts

I really thought the TT would have been way faster. I happen to have one in my fleet, and did some quicktesting on my own.
Autobahn B, first run as is (meaning Stage 4 Handling package and Drivetrain but no Stage 4 Engine and Induction or nitrous, manual w clutch),
Second run with Stage 4 parts reduced to Stage 3, still manual w/ clutch
Third run Stage 3 parts, manual without clutch.
I am running a setup inspired by your spreadsheet but slightly adjusted to fit my personal preferences.
I also didn't use any NOS for these three runs.
My results:
Run 1 (partial Stage 4 + Clutch):
1:16.00 flat
Run 2 (Stage 3 + Clutch): 1:15.95
Run 3 (Stage 3 no clutch): 1:17.59
Interesting to see how much results can vary between seemingly identical cars. I guess this is down to different hardware and controls used.
Wow that's a huge difference. Stage 3 regular manual. That's a good 3,5 seconds faster than what I did.
@@Marcy2200 I think its due to controls, the TT can maintain 400kph easily, the key to better course times is maintaining as much speed as possible through the corners, especially the banked turn where its easy to bottom out. Smooth inputs and getting your lines right does make a lot of difference, even more so on Ebisu, Nevada and Tokyo Expressway.
you should add stage 4 parts, turn off assists, add a spoiler for aero tuning, tune each car and play with clutch, all the times will improve by roughly 5 sec

The engine mod only decrease HP more torque. Leave it stock for more HP.

For me on PS3, at Nevada by the end stages, the game seems to give me slme kknd of handicap by not allowing the car to shift above 4th gear. I tried numerous cars and numerous settings and no difference. Anyone else encountered this?

Hey bro, how can I tune my ford GT for speed race when it's suspension still stock? (Cuz my PC version doesn't allow me to tune any stock performance part).

@@scotty2905 Very simple: You install stage 3/4 suspension but don't update the blueprint yet. Tune your suspension and then revert the suspension back to stock. Then you update the blueprint.

Fun fact: 911 turbo much faster with stock drivetrain, if you know how to tune it

The 240SX should be at 15th with a proper tune, i have tried that car for speed challenge and it handles well.
He said it in the beginning. Stage 3, proper tuning.
@@RyukiHasFallen good handling only get you so far. The 240sx is not a good speed car as it severely lacks power
@@Marcy2200 It's also very willing to flip over minor bumps and jumps, at stage 4 without the flipping it would be a solid speed car
