Somebody else mentioned to you guys to visit Naran Kaghan, that's technically in KPK but close to the GB border, there's quite a fair amount of overlap between these two provinces. These two provinces are basically the rooftop of Pakistan. The huge rugged and unforgiving mountains in these provinces can be considered as the crown of Pakistan. The Kalash people (ancient and untouched tribe that's speculated to have European ancestry) live in the mountains in the north eastern areas of KPK closer to Afghanistan and despite what I said about KPK having more people, you'll still find pockets of untouched small villages like those of the Kalash people and those guys have a unique interesting way of life also. So even KPK would be worth a visit after GB (and geographically speaking you are in a neighbouring province right next door).. then you can consider that you've truly visited the real true north areas of Pakistan :D sorry for my pushy persuasion haha. Oh and don't forget to try walnut cake if you ever get to go to cafe de Hunza while you're still in GB. You've still not seen Shangri-La resort near Skardu in GB yet. Oh my the list of places to visit in GB and KPK are endless lol. Best of wishes to you both.

Whoaaa what an adventurous road tour , the road is really scary especially when you’re surrounded by snow it’s like dead end 😢 the people of Pakistan are really genuine when they invited you to their house they really warm and welcoming their guests and could prepare capati or bread right on the spot even though it could take sometime to prepare and of course with a unique way of preparing chai , just wondering do they drink coffee ? Amazing people and culture indeed 👍🏻👍🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
You can get coffee at local shops and it’s often very good!! But locals are drinking chai 3 or 4 times a day, just 2 or 3 cups per session. No time for coffee lol!

You have to stay a bit longer there and enjoy the awesome scenery of Pakistan especially in Northern Pakistan. Hunza and Skardu is my favourite places ❤ When you are in June, do not forget to cross Naran Kaghan. There is a beautiful scinery called as Saif Ul Malook. Greetings from Indonesia 🇲🇨 🇵🇰
I wish you could have made it to Khunjerab Pass. I have visited almost 10 countries so far, but Khunjerab Pass will remain my most favourite place among all the beautiful places I have visited. It is unique and mesmerising. When I arrived there, I felt like I have accomplished something, it was so beautiful drive until Khunjerab Pass.

When you are in June, do not forget to cross Naran Kaghan. There is a beautiful scinery called as Saif Ul Malook.

I wish you could have made it to Khunjerab Pass. I have visited almost 10 countries so far, but Khunjerab Pass will remain my most favourite place among all the beautiful places I have visited. It is unique and mesmerising. When I arrived there, I felt like I have accomplished something, it was so beautiful drive until Khunjerab Pass.
