Ahh, I remember Igniz. After well over an hour, I was able to finally beat him with K9999 thanks to a large dose of cheese and landing the pretzel. Good grief, this fight was so much harder than Zero in KOF2K.
Zero was ok boss he isnt that hard. He does a lot of chip damage so block against him is useless anyway. Igniz exploits his fucking cheap garbage attacks. Then theres rugal specifically 02um. His genocide cutter goes through anything. I remember in the original 02 game he wasnt that hard even in level 9 difficulty. But for some odd reason every boss got nerfed in that game except for him.
