It's so important to do the inner work too. Thank you for being vulnerable enough to admit that Gabby. Sigh....I have to get both knees replaced and both are completely shot. I can still walk (not too far or too long) and I'm afraid to have the surgery because the medical staff told me I would likely have worse mobility post-op. Maybe it's time to look into it again.🤞🙏
