I really want to buy a house in Michigan in 4 years, when I can retire at 62. My family (kids and grandkids) live there and I do not want to move back just to rent. I live in Las Vegas Nv. I use to live in Caro Michigan and I loved it there. I've seen many nice fixer uppers in Bay City. But I have to buy while I'm still living here. What if you don't have much money to put down? Scary
