I would like to suggest that don't cook broccoli in water as the whole nutrients will be lost through that water. cut it into tiny florets then keep it in hot water for a minute then wash it under running water. This can be then steamed and eaten regularly. But a cutlet is an option for kids who don't want to eat it in other ways.

ഹായ്, ഞാൻ ഇന്ന് brocoli cutlet ഉണ്ടാക്കി. ഞാൻ brocoli small piece കട്ട്‌ ചെയ്തു warm വാട്ടറിൽ ഒരു നുള്ള് മഞ്ഞൾ ഇട്ടു five മിനിറ്റ് ഇട്ടിട്ടു വാഷ് ചെയ്തു എടുത്തു. അതിനു ശേഷം ബി പൊടിയായി അരിഞ്ഞു കുരുമുളകു പൊടിയും ഒരു നുള്ള് മഞ്ഞൾ ഇട്ട് വേവിച്ചു എടുത്തു. അതിനു ശേഷം pearly ചെയ്ത് പോലെ ഉണ്ടാക്കി. Super ആയി.
