    I always have problems with my footworks. My hands hurt to much when i try to do footwork and cant get enough lift or get fast enough for my hands to touch the ground. Magneto, is there anyway to improve it? I have a fat ass that prevents me from getting down low enough for me to in time to do transitions.

    do u take a 15 sec break before switching to the next footwork move? cause i was dying after doing the 3rd footwork move

      +Akhil Gatti It's up to you! When I'd do it, I would force myself to complete the step no matter what, and then I'd rest only in between steps and only if I needed to.

    I get exhaust fully while doing 10 steps 10 times both side

      tsukasaru2 Whats up guys! I haven't trained this way in a little while because I always experiment with new content! I used this to improve at the beginning and to challenge myself and then I moved on ! When I did it I tried doing it every day that I (WANTED) too condition, I would suggest doing it every other day that you train 1 day on 1 day off. So if you train 3 days a week then do it day 1 then switch it up day 2 then day 3 do it again !
