    Sometimes i feel pain in the knee while stretching, should i keep stretching on these days?

    • @MagnusMagneto
      @MagnusMagneto  9 років тому

      BBoyBigBadCarl If you ever feel pain then stop right away that's never a good sign. If you feel pain usually it means you have gone either too far or that you're injured in that location. If a certain stretch hurts try using a different stretch to hit that same spot that doesn't cause you pain.

    dope! If i strech daily like 7/7 is good?or i need a day off like 6/7 ??

    • @MagnusMagneto
      @MagnusMagneto  8 років тому

      Depends what your goals are homie! and depends what you're doing throughout each day, if you really want to improve your flexibility fast make it a routine of stretching atleast an hour a day try 7/7 and if it feels to much go down to 6/7

    • @MrNezorone
      @MrNezorone 8 років тому

      im doing 6/7 cause all 6 days im full of practice or workout so i take one day off.You are dope mate keep doing dope tutorials :D peace from greece

    Hi ! Nice video !
    For how long du you strech a muscle ? And how many times ?
    Do I have to stretch like 3 minutes X times / day or stretch one muscle for 20 minutes one time / day ?
    My goal is to improve flexibility

    • @MagnusMagneto
      @MagnusMagneto  8 років тому +2

      If your goal is to improve flexibility then you need to make sure you're stretching in a hot environment or warming yourself up until you're dripping with sweat and then you will need to hold a static stretch for atleast 3 minutes to start improving it and my suggestion is holding each position for an average of 5minutes and welcome to go all the way up to 20 minutes per hold if you're serious. Do this always after training not before.
