Excellent video! What brand of front stand are you using?
    Thanks

Such a great looking bike. Can't believe its discontinued. Did you get more power with the 2 into 1?

Nice. Not sure how to check oil after. How many liters? I’ll check the manual 😉

The engine takes 3.2L for an oil change or 3.4L including a filter change.
Use the glass window on the right side of the engine as shown at 2:34 to check the oil level. Add the oil slowly to not overfill.

That's a good idea to fill the replacement filter with oil. What setting are you torquing the sump bolt to?

Always good to lube your filters, a good rule of thumb for drain bolts is snug with a 1/4 inch ratchet. You only want hand tight. The Book says 25newtonmeters but more than one person has been on the forum with stripped threads..

@@Ryansanders80 I suspect the main cause of stripping threads are due to people incorrectly setting their torque wrench in lb-ft instead of Nm. If you enter 25 lb-ft you end up with 34 Nm and a stripped thread.

@@Virtualmix also click style torque wrenches have a minimum and maximum accurate range and need to be calibrated on occasion. Often over time it will loose accuracy for low torque applications

2 years late....but filling the filter is as controversial as Ford vs. Chevy.
I do fill the filter when I can....but try NOT to fill the center section to prevent unfiltered oil entering the motor..

Hey bro, is there any chance I could get a hold of you over instagram or something ? I would have a question about your CBR, I own the exact same bike, in blue/silver color combo.

That has to be the easiest oil change on any bike. Change my mind
