Also the husband fantasizing about a coworker is a huge red flag, although it may be hard... your mental health effects your kids, the sooner you can be at peace the better for them and you. My parents divorced when I was 4... I would never want my mom to deal with my dad, and I'd never want my dad to try and hide... instead he got help and my mom did also, they are better apart than together.❤❤❤ and they were kind in the way they talked about each other my entire childhood. I got a relationship with both outside their personal relationship

My mom had a lot of kids. One thing she would do is have the toddler sit by her while she feeds the baby. Maybe read a book or do a simple activity with the toddler. Even have them help hold baby's feet, that way they feel important.
Lo super dark brown / black would look GORGEOUS. Your eyes will pop
Definitely meeting people at church is a good start. I also think that enrolling in an activity or class that you're interested in is a good way to meet other people who have similar interests. Live your life doing what you love and you'll meet other people who are doing the same, and then you will always have that in common.

Lo... Blonde is fun .. leave it blonde for summer... Specially if you like it .. but if you wanna go brown try going that direction towards fall.... The most beautiful combination on a guy or a girl is dark hair and blue eyes. You can rock either. God bless.
Yes, part 2 please! I vote for the blonde! Sarah's blonde is back! I always love having highlights; in the summer and to brighten it in the wintertime! My hair is colored a shade lighter than my ash brown, (to cover grays, I'm in my 60's) highlights on top section and a toner to keep it from being brassy. 🌟💛💛🌟
P.S. My hair is naturally curly, with spirals and ringlets and it's down to my waist!🌹

Also, Lo with your playful energy, whatever you do with your hair keep it on the warm/golden side. You can do light or dark within that parameters.
Sarah should stick with bold and cool. The red worked because it was bold and saturated. Her blond should be cool, though. Hairdresser and energy professional here. 🙌🏻 You're both beautiful.

For the workout/ eating healthier I started going to spin classes at a place that also does hiit classes and I started going to my local farmers markets and I love that!!

Black is a lot harder to get out. My daughter had black and she couldn't get it out, but it is was pretty but her natural color is beautiful. Brown with red and blonde highlights. Naturally, people used to comment on her hair, but red can be hard to get out, but not as hard as black. But you do have to color red hair more. Because it grows out fast. I've seen your blonde hair that you got. And it looks really nice. Your kids loved it, your son told you it was beautiful. What? You are no matter what love you guys.
And it's kind of fun to go blonde low. I'm thinking about it. I have short hair pixby cut what i have

What inlearned about hair is you can either have long healthy hair or a fun color. Hahaha so start with answering that question. I just went light pink and literally half my hair fell out at the salon 😅

Lo and Sarah. 10 years ago I made the choice to go red because that was what my boyfriend at the time wanted. I was really unhappy cause I realised that I loved my blonde hair. As a teenager, i bleached it from a brown that made me depressed and the blonde made me so happy and feeling like myself. I can not believe now that I did what my boyfriend wanted and dyed it red. Took years to get back to that amazing blonde and I will never ever again do what anyone else says I should do and that is my advice. Lo, stay blond if you love it. Sarah, power to you for making the choice to go back to blonde again for you.
I am a hairdresser, and if you want to go dark without it being permanent and having to lift through all of those levels to get back blonde, you can always use a darker toner. It will lift faster and do a lot less damage to your hair just a thought.
Both of you would look amazing as brunettes! Compliments your skin tones and eye colors. Not to mention a low maintenance color and way less damage. Love the podcast. 😊

lo i think you should def try going dark! i feel like ur features will pop even more! you could do what sarah did and have it dark for a few months and go back to blonde.
I am curious what do think about your children growing up front of an audience? What about school mates, and their parents, teachers seeing what you are up to. Do you have a plan for that?
( We had a children bookwriter, who were writing stories about their kids, and the end of every stroy she put a real picture about that event, what the stroy was about. Later her kids had a bad experience, when they started to date, and every kid knew about their stories. So eventually the books got banned.) Do you have a plan for that, or you will see? What is your opinion on that?

It’s a good question. But I think both do a real good job of balancing the time on film. You don’t see Ozzy in school, which house she goes to her and Stella. Sarah and Derik do a good job of balancing the film time on their kids. I believe when kids get older both side will check to see what they want. Not every kid has a bad experience being on film. I trust both sides that they care and decide what they show of the kids. Anyway it would be hard to film without showing the kids some. All four kids are so smart and funny. I love seeing them grow up.
Lot of the time kids folow, and learn, copy what their parents do, and like. They can decide weather they want to be on film based on their own mood, but they are not able to decide based on long term consequences. I do enjoy seeing the whole family, though it is core question, and I interested in their thought process about it. It would show more, than giving random advices. (I still enjoy these also.)
I have a teacher friend who said seeing their student parents on facebook, and photos, what they did on the weekends, what they post, these shape her preconceptions, and her jugment about the parents, and the families. So it is a real question how does socially effect the family to share, what kind of aspects did they count, how they manage?
(Every job has positive and negative effect on the family, it is hard to count out how it is worth it.)
It’s always easier going super Dark after blonde so I think you should go Matilda blonde first and then try out the dark 😎

Comparing your HS dark hair photos to when it was super blonde on the tips before you had Ozzy, I feel like the blonde is more in agreement with your features. Both were beatiful, but I feel like sometimes dark brown can make people look like they are wearing a wig. Maybe just do a lighter, warmer version than you had in HS. Just a warning though, it took me a year and mutiple highlighting sessions to go from dark brown back to blonde in a healthy way. And it took more than one session to go from blonde to dark brown as well. The in between phase was kind of red. Apparently if you try to do blonde to dark-ish brown in one go it can look green? Maybe a stylist could confirm. Good luck! ❤I don’t think it’s possible for you to not look beautiful.

My church doesn't have anyone my age so sadly that's not going to happen that would be wonderful but not going to happen. Doing any online dating apps absolutely not. The church near mine has a young adult group so that's what I'm in right now because it feels so lonely if you can't talk to people your own age.
Lo should let her natural color grow out gradually and take a few inches at a time off the blonde length. Then just do highlights to assist the transition.
