    That is a cool attachment and it is wonderful the way the community came together to get the company back in business. Whenever I can, I buy American and local. That unit looks like it is a serious machine. Those maple trees have deep root systems.

    Very thorough demo. I like your style, not the random style of some youtube reviewers. They go over the company, the reason they got it, bla bla. You pointed out a thing, zoomed in and showed it. As you went, not all at the end. You can tell you were a salesman

      Chriistopher, it took he a while before I broke down and got a third function installed, but I’ll tell you it takes your tractor versatility to another level.
      I don’t know what type of tractor you own but if you have a set of hydraulic valves in the rear of your tractor you can easily run hoses from the back to the front very inexpensively with stock parts from your farm and ranch store.

      @@christophercharles3169 I would say that’s the way to go if the budget allows, but it’s not just for this Stinger tree puller, but for a grapple, and directional plow to mention a few loader arm attachments. 👍TCT

      @@TonysCoolTools Yes, and I was considering a grapple. However, the only way I could justify a grapple or the tool you just demoed, would be if I was going to use it for payed jobs. If I ever get there, the 3rd function will be a no brainer.

      Jean funny you should mention tics. I had over 5 tics on my cloths the day I was pulling out trees making this video. I think by shaking the trees back and forth the ticks got on me. Fortunately none were embedded on my skin.

    I can't tell you how glad I am that you made this video Tony. I've been considering buying one of these for a while now. I've got a stump grinder, and it works great, but it's not the perfect tool in all situations, and I think this would be a great tool to have in the arsenal.

      Jeff I’m glad you enjoyed the video. The Stinger STP34 is an awesome attachment. And like I said it’s more fun than a grapple because you can really do some demolition we all guys love to do.
      I’d be interested to know what brand of stump grinder you have and if you like it. I’m in the beginning stage of researching a stump grinder.

      @@TonysCoolTools Tony, I've just got the basic Woodland Mills stump grinder. There are fancier ones like Baumalite ones that swing from left to right that work well, and are better vision-wise, because you actually get off of the tractor when using those, but I like my Woodland Mills one a lot, considering it only cost 2,400.00 brand new, and was shipped for 200.00. I've ground MANY stumps with it, and had zero issues. I like it a lot.

    You may find that if you leave the heel of the implement on the ground and curl it up the mechanical advantage will be greater. Good video.

      The ccg56 I love it but at the same time sometimes I wish it had just a tad more pinch power. At times I’m super happy with my purchase and at other times I wonder if I would have liked the other style like rock bucket one better. But I have never used any other grapple than the ccg56. The gallagher1984 is my personal account so that’s why I’m answering from willowcreek. Sorry for the confusion. lol

      @@willowcreekwoods I have several grapples (Everthing attachment Wicked 55, Frostbite and Artillian Iron Fist) so I can’t wait to put the CCG 56 through its paces. I know what you mean about wishing a grapple had more gripping power. 👍TCT

    I wonder if a dump box shaker would be a feasible add on to the tree puller to save all the destructive shaking to get the dirt out.

    This would be a good tool for trees up to a certain size. In my area of North Texas the best results I have had removing trees and stumps is to do it when the ground is fully soaked from rain. Unfortunately, this means doing it in the winter/early spring. In the summer here the ground is so hard pulling even a small 1" sapling can be difficult.

      Mike TYM says the 2515H has a lift capacity of 1500 lbs so with the Tree puller installed you’d still have 1000 lbs of lift capacity.
      Similar to my tractor, smaller stuff should be no problem.

      Brian, depending on what you want to pull out I would probably go under 35hp tractor. However if you were only pulling out buck thorn, multi floral rose or honey suckle you might be ok with a 30 & up tractor.

    what does all that leverage do to a small tractor loader? a 6'' tree when it starts to tip will put crazy amt of force on that light loader? yes? no? maybe so? great ch. tony

      With the size of tractor I have I would not be pulling a 6” tree. I try to limit the curl on my loader arm when I drop the pulled out tree. If you think about it a load of dirt in your loader bucket has a lot of force on your loader arms as well.

      Aaron Ironically the property I was at had a mulcher recently and spent 3 days doing several acres of heavily overgrown buck thorn. Its very expensive . The other reason is I don't have a skid steer with hi flow hydraulics. The tree puller is much slower than a mulcher but you can work on smaller sections of the property.

      @@TonysCoolTools Thx Tony. We have a ~ 20 year old 40% harvest on 60a. heavy with spruce and fir sapling regrowth that I thin with a brush cutter; slow and tough going. Forestry mulchers are pricey even to rent. So I just plug away. You and Chris are excellent presenters.
