    Joyville will be discovered by the market once the underpass is completed, it is a very undervalued project at current prices. All new launches are coming at atleast 50% higher rate

    Joyville is overrated. Room sizes are small and that approach road wont be constructed by gmda for next 5 years at least. Pathetic paint quality of orange with poor finishing and no proper demarcation for ews flats, just a small gate

      @@sunshineconsultant only nhai section is going to get complete, not gmda section, thats not even started yet. Went there last week, pathetic road condition and seems like secluded place.
