I love all of your videos so much! I'm a trainer+group fitness instructor, and your moves are PERFECT for keeping my classes fun, engaging, and high intensity without sacrificing function(too often in group classes, an exercise just gets your heart rate up and not much else). Thank you for everything!
You have some of the best workout videos I have seen (and believe me I have watched a lot of them). Straight to the point, effective, realistic and demanding - the perfect package all-in-one.
thank You very Madam... you're not just inspirational for ladies but even gents can't do these stuff ... Amazing Exercises.. I would love to practice all this exercises
Classic exercises put together in original and awesome combinations. Great stuff! I've been watching bodyweight videos for years and what you have is really refreshing!
wow! you have some awesome stuff here. now i basically have a new class to teach tomorrow morning. Thank you! These moves are great for Tabata classes. love all your videos, keep up the good work
I love your videos!!! Question: for those with wrist pain, how should they perform this exercises? Suggestion: mention the level of the exercise 🙏🏻😉 Thanks a lot 😊
Work you your wrist mobility first or try some off dumbbells or stands or even depending on your strength your knuckles :-) And I don't denote level because it isn't as simple as hard or easy. We each have unique restrictions that aren't really based on level. AND too often you say something is hard and someone does it thinking they'll get better results just because they are doing the hardest variation. That isn't the case though. Soooo I don't want people doing something based on a level but based on what meets their needs ;-)
To maintain muscle, you just need to challenge your muscles. And you also need to eat to support muscle growth. These can definitely be added in, but choosing the right exercises for your goals is key. So if you are really only focused on muscle mass and not on conditioning, some of these may not be right for your goals.
These are some great exercises!!! Thanks for sharing them!! (And quick sidenote. It looks like you're making tremendous progress with your training! Your arms and shoulders look great, and you look super, super fit! Congrats on all the hard work. Are you training for some kind of competition or something like a Crossfit Regional?)
Thank you! Glad you like them. And thank you! Nope actually same training. I'm just working on a macro cycling shred diet program and tweaking it before launch so that has resulted in a nice change in body composition. My training is always on point...But I'm a bit of an ice cream fanatic haha I'm partial to the moves I share with all of you combined with some powerlifting. How about you? :-) Thanks for the kind words!
Yeah, I struggle with the healthy eating, too!! lol. : ) But that's why we lift and train, right? So we can eat a couple of good things from time to time?! And I'm mostly recovering from knee and elbow injuries from over-training in martial arts and sitting at a desk too long (I'm a writer)! Plus, I'm 39, so the ole' joints aren't what they used to be, and four years in the infantry didn't help them or my back any! lol But I'm FINALLY starting to get healthy again and hitting some PR's! Super excited about the hard lessons I've learned about how over-training and pushing through the pain is actually really stupid advice! : ) (Or maybe it's good advice when you're in the military and 21, but it doesn't work so well after about 30 or so. Maybe even 25?) Thanks for answering my comment! You have an awesome channel!!
haha yes! And even now I find it essential to indulge. But the fun of diet and exercise is you can constantly be experimenting and getting better! You know I think we all suffer a little from that superman or superwoman complex when we are young...I know I was an idiot as an athlete. You have no concept that if you get injured and don't do the proper rehab you have to deal with the compensations and imbalance later. The good part is you can do a lot to correct that stuff later. Definitely add in foam rolling and mobility work. Glad you are getting healthy and hitting some PRs. Always exciting!! And definitely make sure to reverse the flexion you sit in often while writing. If you have any questions or want any suggestions for good stuff for any of those injuries, don't hesitate to email me and I'll send some stuff your way! Cori@RedefiningStrength.com. Keep up the hard work and best of luck with your training :-)
Redefining Strength yesterday I did intense back workout😎😎😎😎 but from today morning I can't turn my neck to left side, while doing so it pains and that neck muscle restrict me to do so 😢😢😢😢... Plz help me suggesting some exercise... 😯😯😯
Sounds like you may have overused your upper traps instead of getting the big muscles of your back to work. Check out my foam rolling videos and even tutorial on proper inverted row form.
Redefining Strength thanks... One more favor... Can you pls show us how to leg press and how much angle should our back with the ground. Because when the angle is low my quards doesn't come into work and if angle is high it affects back. I need the proper angle between that form.. 😊😊😊
Bahaha yes. I film them back to back and it is not fun haha. One of the worst ones was the push up video because it just killed basically the same muscles over and over again. But glad you enjoy them! It makes it worth it! :-)

Hi Team!!! Just stumbled upon yr channel...n u guys r sooo sooo amazing. Keep up the good work👍. There is small reauest... 30 years old woth 56 kgs of weight n 5'3" height. I've been hitting the gym from last 6 months n keep myself imvolved in rigourous cardio n weight training which has resulted in loss of 10kgs with increased stamina n strength during last 6 months. The gym trainer has always focused on FAT (Not WEIGHT) LOSS. The issue I'm facing right now is I have belly fat n love handles (visible tyre while wearing body hugging dresses). My targwt is to reach 50kgs with flat belly with no love handles. Please suggest how should I go about it in terms of workout/ your series n diet also. My present diet includes almonds, eggs, steamed veggies, salad n whey protein. Despite this diet and workout regime, I'm unable to attain 50kgs target weight...its not decling even in grams..m stuck at 56kgs. Please help. It feels disappointing n flat belly seems impossible with my current regime when i look at the tyre around my waist when i sit or wear western. Kindly help. I understand there is no concept of spot reduction...there is always fat loss from whole body but still need yr suggestion for my problem area.

Question will I maintain muscle mass with these exercises or should I add them to my strength training? Thanks in advance great vid btw.
