    OMG this kicked my butt so hard, it got me winded, but I had no idea I would be sooooo sore in my glutes and adductors using just body weight for 10 rounds of 20 moves. You’re a beast thanks for all your amazing instruction.

Not only because I can find great ideas in them, but MAINLY because they are filled with positivity (I don´t know, it probably is the music, but it as well might be you and your dog haha, probably all of it) and they always (or at least most of the time) cheer me up whenever I feel down. So thank you.

    Hi Cori, another great video. My question to you is if I wanted to do these exercises as a routine, should I do all with a certain no. of reps per exercise or just choose a couple? This question also pertains to your other videos where you show multiple exercises

    • @redefiningstrengthOC
      @redefiningstrengthOC  6 років тому +7

      I would choose 4-6 and put them into an interval set up. Sometimes I even just take one from this video and one from another to make a full body routine. Really depends on your goal for the workout. Did you by chance see my FB Live on creating workouts? It's under my videos on Facebook and may help! But if you want a low impact cardio workout, I may pick 4-6 of these and do a circuit. 30 seconds on, 15 seconds off 4-6 rounds.

  • @oolala53
    @oolala53 16 днів тому

    Just wanted to note how different Cori's body is now after these years of consistent eating and training. You don't get that from a 90-day transformation. I would be most people who do those relapse after a year, more or less. Be reasonable with calorie cutting and keep tweaking the workout, but keep going!

    • @redefiningstrengthOC
      @redefiningstrengthOC  16 днів тому

      Honestly it's why when people ask how long it took me, I say my entire life. Results snowball and even how much we are able to capitalize on a 60 day or 90 day cut or bulk or whatnot is based on the mindsets, habits, experiences we've had before!

      Awesome! So you can bend your knees and take out the push up. Sometimes I even have clients simply put their hands to a bench then walk their feet back do a push up off the bench (hands on bench) then walk back in and stand up.

      Redefining Strength thank you, I have watched that video and done a lot of those exercises but I feel as though they help more with mobility rather than strength. Ok yes I will have a look at the hip one! Are you based in the UK?

    • @redefiningstrengthOC
      @redefiningstrengthOC  6 років тому

      No I'm in the US - California. The cossacks for sure are strength BUT through a full range of motion. And with sports, that is key. Strength through a functional range of motion to prevent injury.
