"¿Qué riesgos hay en internet? ¿A qué nos enfrentamos? ¿Cómo navegar seguros?" En este vídeo, la experta en ciberseguridad Silvia Barrera reflexiona sobre las formas de proteger nuestra intimidad y privacidad en las redes, cómo enseñar a los jóvenes a cuidar su exposición y "huella digital" y evitar riesgos en el mundo virtual.
Ciberinvestigadora, Master en Seguridad Informática, escritora y divulgadora, Silvia Barrera ha dedicado los últimos 15 años de su carrera profesional a la investigación del cibercrimen y recibido varios reconocimientos por su trayectoria en Ciberseguridad y su labor divulgativa.
Ha dirigido y dirige grupos de investigación tecnológica policial y de cibercrimen desde hace varios años y ha formado parte de equipos internacionales como Europol e Interpol, al mismo tiempo que sigue formándose como matemática en la Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR), escribe e imparte clases y conferencias sobre ciberseguridad.
"Estamos a tiempo de que se tome la ciberseguridad en serio, porque no se ve pero os aseguro que se siente. Porque el daño físico se pasa, pero el virtual permanece. El 90% de los ciberdelitos se podría haber evitado si fuéramos más precavidos en la red", afirma la experta y autora de libros como 'Instinto y pólvora' y 'Nuestros hijos en la red'.
