      Tbh, i just freestyled when tying these. I scrunched up every corner and section of the hoodie then wrapped the rubber bands around. I don’t have a pattern. I never have. That’s why i too, am always surprised with the outcome.

    After adding your colors what was in the white bag that you sprinkled all over both shirts before adding the ice? These look amazing by the way!

      It’s called Soda Ash. It helps keeps the dye on fabric last long and looks vibrant.

      Yo! A thermal? Lemme know how it turned out. I was nervous, yup! I know for some reason it’ll turn out just fine coz it’s 80% cotton 20 poly. Dyes sticked vibrantly on cotton. I have another nike to dye soon. Hehe. This stuff is addicting. My first vid is my first time. Im doin Hanes hoodie too soon.

    Hey Mega Video, thanks a lot for your info! I'd like to try this too, but I need the products. I live in Germany-can I legally get them here? Could you please list the products you use? Thanks a bunch! Excited to give it a try myself

      For sure. No problem. So all the stuff i used i got them all in an online store called dharmatrading.com i believed they can ship internationally. So in there i got my “Soda Ash” its the white powder i used so that the dyes will come out vibrant and so it won’t fade away. And the dyes are called, “Dharma Fiber Reactive Procion dyes.” They have in all colors you could think of in various sizes/amounts. So hope that helps. 😊👍🏼

      It’s called soda ash. It’s supposed to make the dyes color vibrant and last longer.

    • @talkshoeonmute1669
      @talkshoeonmute1669  10 місяців тому +3

      Soda ash. When i first soak the clothes in the water for half an hour that’s the powder i added and sprinkled some more later on while dyeing.

      For the sub-zero one, i used turquoise blue, royal blue and a bit of mist grey. For the other one, it’s royal blue and sunburst yellow.
