Big question though of why owners are storing so much cash and important documents at their work place…normally you take cash out of register/safe every night and restock the bare minimum amount of cash in the morning. Also, a previous break-in the night before is a big warning sign that you might not want to keep valuable things at your store at least in the very short term.

it is very typical that you have seen or encountered violent events in San Francisco. They use drug and mental unstable. I saw a person shows his knife while taking BART. This is a scary for a women who need to commute to SF during a night. Powell station, shooting events, occurred 2-3 times this years. People died.
im sure they will get good support from community after this, but dam when they had their first break in and saw key missing, they should have known something needed to change by them cuz that key obviously unlocked the locker with the cash. huge inside job, look at all employees, vendors, service techs, landlord, etc.

The SFPD says they are about 600 cops understaffed and are ill equipped to deal with all the crime in the city. Well fine call your Congressmen, and ask them to send our soldiers overseas, who are stationed in Japan for example over here, to San Francisco to protect the businesses in, in San Francisco? It's not fair our US Military protects businesses and people overseas and not American businesses, and people at home? Are Americans not worthy?
