Hi K, thanks so much for posting this video, I am about to do mine. My form of Shingles in Nov 2020 and it was on the entire left side of my head scalp. Unfortunately, mine spread since the dr did not tell me what it was with early detection so I want 6 days without ANYTHING. Since I want so many days without this, my inner ear and outer ear were most affected, and as side effects, I now lose my balance sometimes, still itchy scalp and ear. Slept in a reclinable chair sitting up for 9 months, until 4 months ago I was finally able to lay in my bed and use a pillow until today can I now sleep on both sides. Glad to see you are doing and feeling better , had to beat and not to much information is shared. Keep striving !

You are a trooper, thnks for posting this,and thank the Lord you are better. I am on day 4 now with shingles and its NOT fun! i would describe the pain as a gaping open wound too,,,,its like a huge blister burst and leaving a big gaping hole in you, but theres nothing!!! absolute fireworks going off on your skin. oh and the itch is like being bitten by the queen of all mosquitoes

If you have shingles you know that Professional doctors don' have all the answers , they do their best with the knowledge available . It's good to listen to people and their experience with the scourge shingles and how they found out for themselves what worked best for them .

I’m not sure if the doctor is right when it comes to me. It looks like shingles but no blisters and no pain just itchy. I actually feel the same with the medication 💊 different side effects also. I’m just wondering if anyone else is having the same type just a itchy rash but not tired oh I did have a headache as well that’s when I went to the doctor because headaches for me are very rare.
Hi KC Mum Life. I thought I had neuralgia, Lady was I wrong and I left it for 6 days so my sister old I should go to the doctor, it was a Sunday and in Ireland they call it, K- Doctor and the doctor told me it was shingles and said I had left it too long, why I thought it was just neuralgia was it was in my neck, my face, my ear and I had a headache, along with the tablets for the shingles they gave me cream for to put in my eye as they said you could lose your sight in the right side as it was just the right side it was and nowhere else anyway I now am just getting over it but I think when anyone is older it takes longer for it to heal, I scratched it too but you just feel so itchy you can't help it, and it's just over 6 weeks I have it, I am 67 years old and I found your video so very helpful, I just can't thank you enough, s thanks for everything, I wish you a long and a very happy life, please take care of yourself always and forever. I am on Day 11 with Shingles and they are all thankfully crusted over now. Day 4 through 8 was the most painful. Mine started on my right upper back, went down my right arm, and my right breast

I'm on week 3 of shingles. Left side of my back and left chest. Feels like someone punched me in my back! Chest is very sensitive. No itching but sleep is nearly impossible.

Having healthy, clean looking skin within three or so days, is definitely something different. A program like the that Kaena Ramingler’s talks about, can make them completely disappear within 7 days.

Hi I'm now in a 2weeks from shingles but still suffering from the pain I can't even put a cloth in my stomach were shingles affected ,is there any one knows how to cure this I can't even go for work 😢and how long it's will stay the pain😢
I have to agree having Shingles is not fun. I was in pain. I have to take three pills for ten days. There is another pill that I have to take for 14 days. I am seeing a dermatologist to get a cream, which is not covered by insurance.

For how long did you take the antiviral medicines?
I can't remember exactly but I think it was a course of 7 to 10 days.
Right now im on day-4 shingles, i thought all the pain was period cramps until i saw small rashes behind my back TT) I was suppose to celebrate my birthday today but now im in quarantine 😢

I use Colloidal silver spray topically and internally, and I take zinc with quercetin. I helps to take things that help adapt to stress. There are herbs called adaptogens just for that. Also, l-theanine and magnesium threonate calm without causing fatigue. I am in my first week of shingles. It feels like brain-freeze does, only where my shingles nerve attack is, which is my last two vertibrae. Needless to say, that means that everywhere those nerves affect, I am in great pain, from my waist to my calves. The blisters are on one side, but the pain crosses over to both sides, although mostly on my right side. I am determined to find an unconventional answer to preventing this from ever repeating. In my heart, I’m feeling sure there’s a way because I have found unusual answers for other issues that have been hidden or lost to common knowledge due to literal sabotage of information. Any illness that is chronic, degenerative, or that makes certain people a lot of money, that’s where you know that original knowledge has been hidden and sabotaged, especially from well-meaning med students. It's an antiviral drug that should be prescribed to you by your doctor.
My sister’s Meniere disease was complicated with so many symptoms like vertigo or dizziness, feeling of fullness in the ear or ringing, hearing loss, imbalance, motion sickness, nausea, or nystagmus and I had to gave her Dr Madida herbs from UA-cam recommendation and after she using the medicine, she was with me last month telling me that she is cured completely and don’t longer experience any of the symptoms anymore.
I am on my 4 day of shingles its is really very painful😭😭😭

Hi KC Mum, I wrote to two other ladies and you, so thanks a million for your reply and thanks for replying to me, I feel I need to tell you what one lady wrote to me, what she said was after a year its still was not fully better, I did not know it could last that long, she also said she had to give up sugar which I use quite a bit of and I was to eat Mushrooms and to give up eating bread, now she said she lost 50 pounds in weight, I am 17 stone so I have to lose a lot more and as you said to drink plenty of water, and yes I found your video very helpful so thanks a million for everything, I don't know how long you have had it or if you are now hopefully you are fully better, as you said back in 2020 coved was bad enough even without having shingles and as you said there were few people allowed in at a time to the doctor I think it was just one person at a time. I don't knowhow long shingles last but I am not looking forward to still have it for more than a year, what you said is true, if you immune system is low or if you are not getting enough sleep and not eating good food that can cause it, another thing, I believe you or anyone can get it more than once, for me I know I was not getting enough seep and not eating good food as I was eating junk food like chocolate bars which I loved, they have to be stopped too, so it does really change your life. anyway I need to say thanks again for everything, I find you a wonderful lady and many thanks for sharing your story with me. How long did you get well?
Personally, the rash healed a couple of weeks or so after the medication but the nerve pain (sensitivity) though lessened, lasted a few months or so. I found massaging the area helped desensitise it. It would really depend from person to person. Particularly, mine was just a small area that was affected.
@@kcmumlife mine just healed. I think it lasted about 10 days since the rashes came out. I developed insomnia though from aciclovir i think.

Yes. But that's just me coz I was able to tolerate the pain.
