The tent doesn't seem very hard at all to set up. I also like the patio design on the side, it's always good to have some flexibility for the weather and conditions.
I'm super excited to see if this passes the tests...if it does, I'm ordering immediately. I bought their Scaena after your reviews and love it, but there are a few months out of the year where I'd like to have a warmer tent and something that will hold up to wind and snow a little better.
I like the Tent Luke, I also love your thoroughness in your testing phase, looking forward to your review of all 3 New Tents from OneTigris, Great Channel.
I totally love watching your videos.. working all day as a dental hygienist ..I come home stressed and when I I watch your videos.. it totally calms me and it helps we know what I need to do on my next camping trip with my grandson thank you so much for these videos they're freaking amazing..
Looks big inside, especially for colder weather, lots of room to bring items/gear in out of the Cold. Looks impressive. Let's see how she holds up in rough weather.. Thanks for the info Luke.
That's a "dirt dauber nest" tent with an awning, for sure. I like it. I think it is a great tent. It is WAY COOL that they realized the biggest advantage of a Baker Tent is that porch area. It gives you a place out of the Sun. That shaded area is where you can cook and gather around withOUT having to be IN that tent, and IN the heat of a tent in the mid day Sun. That's the genius of the Baker Tent, which came to be in the gold rush era-- where guys also wanted to have a place to hang out... without... being in a hot tent. You can bet even the Roman Army made canopies like this. In aviation today, we call them cabanas. Or open door hangars, or Breezeways. It's the idea of shading you from the Sun but getting all those cool breezes to come in.
I love the black colors they're using. I really like the configuration of the tent, awningand vents.
I recently paid $164 for their cot, so $269 is a great price for my budget!
I really like the look of this. Checked back into this video after the rain test you’ve just posted. Not so much for wild camping or bush crafting as it’s quite heavy but for motorcycle camping, definitely. this is roomie and I can lash the awning to the bike. Looks great. Love the colour too.
I love this tent and after your overnight camping test I might look into getting one of these. To me the color is perfect because I’ve never liked bright tents so I’m always looking for dark green brown or black tents. A 4th season tent for under $300 is high on my list of options especially for my winter hunting camp trips.
Av just started to watch Ur videos what a lovely place to camp in the woods so quiet and peace full wish I was there I love being advangerus av never camped 😢
Looks easy enough to set up love the awning, would be nice to sit under for sure , the color is appealing to me and size looks well made hope it passes the rain test , Still waiting to see Susie out on an adventure.
Nice tent and nice price. You make setting up look so easy. Thank you
You make me happy..... You make me smile.
Your a good man.
Thanks for showing how set up the tent & info! Mr. Luke ☕☕
Love the tent along with the channel
It looks like a really cool design. I really like the awning. Hope it does not leak. I would take this car camping. Its a bit big for bike packing. Thanks for setting it up and letting us have a peek at it.🤗
Sweet! I’ve finally found my new tent!!!
I think I'm going to have to try this one out... Looks interesting for sure.
I love it it comes in coyote brown to
Thank you Luke
Waiting for your test before I buy!
From South Africa a tip when rolling up a screen door
Fold the left & right front corners to the middle to form a point, grab the point and roll up the flap... neat, quick and easier.
You're welcome

Mine arrived today and gave it a quick back garden setup. First time as said few bits to catch you on but I got it for under $234 with a random discount code. Decent price for the size at under £190 in UK. :)
Nice size but not too big. I’m old and slow so no back packing or walk in sites. Car camp only. I’m a big guy so enjoying the outdoors and cooking is my goal.
Amazing tent and awesome company, I hope it'll perform well.
I've been waiting anxiously for this review . Still on board with getting one . Just haven't heard about the water proof results yet . Thank you .
Can’t wait for you to try this tent out on a rainy day
I like the tent, color and the ease of setting it up, the price is good as well.
Looks nice. Price is pretty OK. Thanks for the review so far.
Just got this recently and so far love it. Easy setup and plenty of room. Still waiting on the rain test but here in Florida im sure ill get to test it soon. Great video
Are you still liking your tent? I am just curious as I am thinking about purchasing it.
I want to order so bad but want to see your waterproof testing first. Can't wait!
Bought one already... Lol been in the market for a new larger budget tent and this won👌 just did a backyard test so far and it was nice! Set up in 20+mph winds so it was a little sloppy but love the space and design so far. Planning on a test run in coming weeks
Nice tent, nice size, nice awning.
Av Just bought a pomoly locomotive 20, perfect for 1 with stove, ideal and remarkable little(big) tent.. For my danschel folding stove. Easy to set up ( am disabled) live outdoors.... Cheers for content again Luke,. Looking forward to your next one. Cheers 👌🏔️⛰️🇬🇧
Bought mine a week ago, just put it up in the garden tonight. Was amazingly simple for me to do on my own.
I’ve had many tents over the years, and the English weather can be a challenge for them and how they perform.
This has been bought for motorbike camping, and the space, easy of assembly and most definitely the awning won over a few a wingman.
Love the quality so much, I’ve bought the camping chairs, table, awning poles poles & blanket 2.0 😂
Love to know how you get on, I'm to in the UK and looking for my first motorcycle camping tent, to many choices, but I do like this one, thought of the lone rider but would I use the porch for my bike ? And is it to big , I'm unsure, but I do like this one.
@@adsinit really love it, was thinking of the wing man toucan, but glad I chose this, so much room, amazingly quick and simple to put up, and could even park my bike under the porch of this.
Have the chairs and table too, and they fit great under it too.
Oh yay so glad to see you testing this one. It reminds me of the old one I have by them but way better because it has double wall and actual tent poles etc. I've been wondering if it would also hold up better than the one I have by them.
Love these Before You Buy videos! Would love to see you test out the Bushman Core Lodger tent with a 3x3 tarp. It's another budget friendly option that's also lightweight. Been considering it myself but not a lot of videos online about it.
This is such an appealing design. I live on the west coast of B.C, rainforest. Having an awning built right on it is brilliant! And 4 season is huge. We were in the Strathcona mountains last summer, and it was freezing temperatures over night. It rains 8 months of the year, and summer is in the 30 deg. C. range. This tent hits the mark. keep you warm, keep you cool, and keep you dry. And the price is excellent. The color is pretty cool. The only downsides I see, is the need for poles that aren't included for the awning, and the extra ground sheet. I don't personally use or own trekking poles, so that is a minor inconvenience. I do think it would be worth the time and effort of figuring out a solution for this style of tent.
I am getting the "Stella" from onetigris...great review
Great video...freedom for all people...
That may be my next purchase. Can't wait to see you use it out in the forest.
I like it when you review the larger tents, I'm a big guy and the vast majority of the ones you use I feel like I'd have claustrophobia in assuming I could even fit in it. The vast majority of my tent experience was in a Cabela's 3 room giant tent.
I love the design of this tent and how much room it seems to have. I already have a 4th season 2 person tunnel style tent and this onetigris tent seem much larger and easier to set up. The weight isn't a factor for me only because my current 4th season tent weights 9lbs and I have hiked with it.
I love it 😊
Nice looking tent and not a bad price
Love the concept. Color not sure about.
Cost doesn’t appear to be bad especially if it is a true 4 season tent.
I will hold off until your testing is complete.
thanks
looks like a neat design. I like the awning . Could be nice for a scenic view on a lake or mountain in fall. Lets hope it fairs well during the waterproof test. :)
I have to say I'm very interested in this tent. If it does well through the test night without leaking, then I may have to decide about buying one.
Id get a silver cover for summer time, but in winter black will be good
re watching the 3 videos on this one. a thought for the rain sag issue. at 6:12 in this one. it looks the roll up toggle loop is visible in the photo frame. use that as a over head line attachment point. an run the line to a vertical over head point. another thought is for on the inside of the rainfly. use a extra pole with a pvc - t junction. an adjust it up to stretch out the rainfly. i have done this on a 12 foot wide tarp setup i do. or on the same line run a pipe the distance between the 2 poles with posts at either end. the ??? for either of these 2, is how crowding is there against the inner tent by the poles.
Love the tent hopefully waterproof
Nice looking tent...good stealth camping color. Great price for a four season tent. Let's see if it passes the muster in your tests and evaluations. BTW that hat looks great on you.
For cold weather, I can appreciate dark color to help warm up the tent. I would hate this in warm weather. Was the tent warm 8n the sun?
I am looking forward to the weather test results. The tent looks interesting!
Thanks Luke for the review and all of your hard work keeping the equipment manufacturers to high standards!!
I really like the tent, thus far. Really good price for a four season.
I really like that tent I don’t really like the color but the price is good. I could put up with the color
I like the look of this tent. I'm after something that can have a cot / stretcher inside, that you can sit up in. Swag to small and as it's only me, large family tents are out as well.
The color may attract heat in warmer months, other than that it looks solid. I love my OneTigris Tetra large, I bet it will pass the waterproofing/storm worthiness tests.
Bergans makes some awesome stuff at good prices.. You would love their gear.. 🇳🇴
Look forward to the full review. 4 seasons, I’d have my doubts. The problem with 4 seasons is they are different from continent to continent. Those guy lines wouldn’t do here in Ireland! Atb Tony
A useful first look thanks, with some useful tips on how to avoid foul ups in putting the tent up.
I know tis is s fourth season tent, but I would be interested to know what it is like in warmer weather.
Food for one tiger? "Wuan taigris comida" 😆😆😆 I'm sorry but it sounds very funny. Cometa is the Spanish word for comet and/or kite. As you pronounce "Cometa" ("comeeda") sounds as "Comida", that means meal, food. For instance with the Google Translator you can hear how it is pronounced. Greetings from West Mediterranean Sea coast.
Nice
Cool tent and very good review. The correct pronunciation is CO-MEH- TA which means Comet in spanish.
Love the color, love the style and size. But the weight and pack size? Not light or small enough for a few days hiking and wild camping. However, I do like the look of the stellar which is lighter and I LOVE the colour!
The black is better than a strange bright color. I had a tent with a red rain fly once (lovingly referred to as the Red Roof Inn 😂) it cast this annoying pink filter on everything inside it during the day.
Been waiting for this video yussss
I like this tent; easy to set up, roomy, has an awning, decent price. Hopefully it’s actually waterproof.
I like it so far but test night will be determining factor.
i really want to buy this tent but honestly im waiting for your review after its put to the test...
Anyone else noticing Luke getting more and more JACKED every episode?
I’ll be sure and watch the rest
I think the look is good and the price is fair, assuming it can handle the storms reasonably.
It looks like a great car camping tent. Loads of room inside. It would be nice to know how it does in wind and rain.
Would love to see a review on the Coleman Darwin 2 tent, it’s currently amazons suggested tent in “2 man tent” section.
It looks like a very nice tent. I don’t think it would be too hard to put up. How is the airflow in the tent hope everybody at your end is doing well Kathy.
Hi luke grst looming tent from onetigris any plans for weather testing ?
I like this tent! I assume thier is a tunnel door? You test for rain, but how about very high winds?
I would be in love if it were a hot tent.
This tent comes very close to being the perfect modern baker style tent. The addition of a fly makes it double wall so it’ll breathe even in damp weather or rain. Because it goes up with the tent, ala Hilleberg, you can pitch it quickly and in bad weather the inside will remain dry. Only downsides I see are the weight, which isn’t really an issue unless you’re backpacking. And the color. I don’t like the black. Green or coyote tan would be my choices. Still room for a couple tweaks but overall this tent has a lot to recommend it. I think the price is reasonable. However, the new One Tigress Nebula might be even better...
Dose the black get hot in summer I like the shape and e z of pitch definitely would not see it at night
Have u ever used/tried the icy breeze portable air conditioner? Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.
Any plans to do a rain test or further testing on this tent?
any idea when the waterproof testing will be posted??
What trekking poles do you suggest?
What size air mattress will fit inside? Unfortunately, with my back I have to have a thick air mattress. And my dog sleeps on it with me too.
Love the look of this tent but black would be roasting in the Colorado sun.
What sice ground tarp you use for this tent ?
Another great video. Luke you doing test replacement therapy?
It is to dark but the door on the side is awesome.
What tarp/ground sheet is suggested for this tent? Kind of an odd shape.
If it rains you have to drop that awning quickly !
Wish they added a stove jack on one of the sides, so you could use it as a hot tent also.
Hi Luke, I was wondering what problems were you talking about, I didn't hear anything about any problems with this tent, I thought it was a nice tent, and nice looking tent.
Did I miss anything here on your review
Thank you
When are you going to test this tent.. I bought..haven't used yet. I'm sure like many..n myself would like to see it tested..
Ok Luke Love. I know your a tent guy. I’ve camped all my life. But since I got a caravan and especially the new inflatable Awning I’ve never understood about these nylon kinda lines underneath????? Please can you tell me how they work???? I just can’t see the need for them, apparent from a trip hazard????? How do they help?? If your streaked out, guy lines fitted?? What purpose do they have???? Any help , would be GREATLY. APPRECIATED. 🙏❤️🇬🇧🤷♀️
Ground Sheet - as in the equivalent of super k-Kote ripstop?
I really like the look of that tent and wonder how well it will handle rain. With me being over 6 feet tall finding a tent that is long enough is difficult. I am concerned about how the middle will handle snow, if it starts to build up that bit is going to sag big-time.
I know the feeling..
Im 6'4" . I dont fit in most backpacking tents.
Its easier to use a 4m x 4m tarp.
Same here 6’3” tall, but when you lay down, you need 3 “ at your head, 3” or your feet to relax and then 3” at the foot end, so at 6’3” you need another 9-12” to be Comfortable . I use a 4 person tent with 88-90” length this is just right for me.
@@bazman2306 fully agree. I got the Kaitum 2 just for that reason as I’m 6’6” and wouldn’t fit into any of the lighter tents without touching the front and end sides. Unfortunately, of course, the space comes with a higher load … but haven’t found another solution yet.
@@dr.jorggunther5455 have a Dr take a few inches off 😂
What are the dimensions of the footprint used?
I like the theme music you've (possibly) settled on.
It looks like there's a spot for muddy boots between the fly and the inner on the awning side. Is there or am I mistaken? If there is, how much space is there?
