    There's a reason top actors always fall off once the shooting is over. Trainers just beat them to the ground in order to get the best shot.
    No one should take after Hollywood hero/villain routines

      yea, thats one thing i always remind people is they are doing several hours a DAY of training, then they can eat carefully prepared diets made for them THEN they can get 8-9 hours of sleep. I cant remember the actor but his thing was like yea when you are paying me to do nothing else but get into shape, i can def get into amazing shape.

    TIME!!! You hit the nail on the head there. Take your time and I'd say set six week goals on how you wanna look and feel.

      Yes sir!

    • @beentheredonethat5908
      @beentheredonethat5908 8 місяців тому

      Absolutely not! Why do people keep repeating this garbage! Yes you can diet and use 6 week markers, but not for fitness. When your talking muscle gain, you don't use weeks, you use months, a minimum of 3 months to even start tracking, go by feel, strengh and abilities, never by weight or look, the eyes lie and weight can change by drinking to much water ir eating salt, DO NOT use week ever!
      Tom hardy used dbol to bulk up. Yes he worked hard, but nit hard enough to gain that much muscle and the muscle loss shows it wasn't his to begin with, he was puffed up with gear and water, when he stopped he deflated. I can stop training fir a year, and have due to injury, and never lost that much muscle.
      It takes years to build real muscle. You can change your look in a year, gain up to 10 pounds of true muscle , but you can't get huge or attain what they tell you. It's impossible to gain more then 11 pounds of muscle in a year naturally. Anything bigger is water and fat. Take your time, enjoy the journey, enjoy what you can do, rather then how you look, beyond enjoying the change in fat loss, and muscle. It took me 5 years to reach a solid and muscled body, of true and mature muscle. I gained little beyond power after that point, and working to make myself more solid and even in some areas.
      The first five years you gain slowly, mature and become fit. Enjoy it, the fact your stronger, healthy, abke to jump and run, lift heavy things and feel great. The build takes longer, but the journey is amazing. I've been training for 25 years, u train other people in both bodybuilding and martial arts, and the number one thing you should track is abilities, not size, every 90 days or so, taje a picture, measure, and see what has happened, what needs to be done, then stop looking for 90 days , its routine , what you do day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year, stop paying attention to what you look like, ket others tell you, never stress it, just keep pushing, one day you'll just be big and built, tracking it is stressful, causes eating disorders and mental health issues, have goals in abilities, lifting and keep adding to that, then muscle just cones when you do that.

    Idk if he is on the juice or not bc for alot of his roles like bane or bronson he admits he just got really fat and alot of times they had to use angles and lighting to make him look good. His physique for warrior was probably his best but i dont think its anything unreasonable to say its natural. Like yea his traps are nuts but the rest of hims just kinda like your average fit dude and to me that just says he has REALLY good attachments for his traps and knows how to flex them for the camera

      It's perfectly possible to have a high degree of muscle mass along with good flexibility, e.g. all Olympic weightlifters. It's only people who don't include regular stretching in their training who end up stiff and inflexible.

    Well that depends even though some actors have very lil time and some have lots of time , they have all the time to train at the gym as that's their job .Everyday ppl have a certain time to train cos of daily work.

  • @MicroMacroUniverse
    @MicroMacroUniverse 2 місяці тому

    Okay he almost surely took something but as you said its necessary for an actor to put on a lot of muscle mass. But you can clearly see his traps are from good genetics. Also, if you follow a strict workout regimen designed mostly for good traps i guarantee you almost everybody can build very big traps. There are some really good workouts for traps almost no one knows or follow to get that good shape. It also require some hard, hard work. Sorry for bad english!

      like 10% ish couple of percent either side anywhere below 8% is bodybuilder on stage level and will leave you with mood swings and feeling lethargic 15% is probably the maximum if you still wanna be lean and have abs but that depends on your genetics

    I have always wanted to do this workout, but now seeing your video, i dont want to do it this way
    I dont really have any weights, light dumbells for weighted shafow boxing, reistance bands, and a ~60lb weighted vest. Any chance you could modify the workout you provided to be at at home, no weight/body weight and or limoted equipment workout? I really really really want to get to this physique but dont have access to the gym or equipment

    Clearly you weren’t listening to the video where the work out footage is from / that was a third of what they did, he explains that they did that stuff, weight training, eating 4 meals a day, carrying his training up and down stairs and plenty of rest and heavy weights. Also that footage is from when he was beginning his training for Bronson, and it was the first week.

    I feel stupider just watching this video. Of course you don't emulate an actor training for one role when you want a sustained body type. His job is to change with each role he takes. That is literally what he gets paid to do.
