Minus Fred's fantastic voice, his lyrics are what have changed/affected my life so heavily. Never known an artist to connect with his audience like Fred and I listen to all kinds of shit! Fan forever.

I just though it was the band before Rolling Stones.... but i just enjoyed the song by my first time listenin' to it! You know how rare is you listen to a song,and in the first time you enjoy it? Just amazyng!

yeah, its not right. i think Tripping Daisy used the same voice-effect to sound Perry-ish. maybe slight pitch shift, phaser, delay. i guess though, you can maybe copy someone elses song or sound, but you cant copy their spirit. when doing a cover, an artist must always ask themself, am I doing this song justice... nuff said

Strange how people think a cover can ruin the original. All it is, is another interpretation of the song. If just by listening to a cover has ruined the song for you maybe you didn't even like it that much. I can assure you if you go back and play the original it wont have changed.
